I have dealt with Nicole and Brad for years ,both buying and selling, and have to say that 2s is a first class auction site.
They have been professional and courteous from day 1.
They offer honest and transparent bidding methods and follow that up with prompt after auction service.

Do not bid with this auction house! Other reviews say this auction house is professional, ethical, and honest. I did not have that experience. The others probably did not have something go wrong. I did. The auctions that I bid in had a lot of carnival and vintage glass. This auction house offered shipping, so I expected that they knew how to package glass correctly. I have purchased glass items through auctions for three years and have had them shipped to me. Through these experiences, I know how glass should be packed, and how it should not be packed. I have always received a refund for the amount that I paid for them. Not with this auction house. They packaged 10 pieces of glass and 2 pieces of metal in the same box using only one layer of bubble wrap between the items. I had 3 pieces damaged when I received them. The box was undamaged. Common sense says do not package glass beside metal. Also, packing peanuts work very well to put in between breakables. Just bubble wrap does not work. They did not respond to my emails when I asked for a refund. I had to email them 4 times and tell them I would escalate this through other means before I got a response. They offered me half of the money back. I told them that was not acceptable. I stood firm and got all but $80 of my money back. Nicole was nasty, rude and angry and blamed Canada Post for the damage. She was angry at me for asking for a refund. Some advice; Do not pay with e transfer. Had I paid with a credit card, I would have done a chargeback and received all of my money back. Do not trust that items are not damaged. I saw that some lots noted that the items were damaged and some did not. Most lots only had one picture so could not see if there were any condition issues on all sides of the item. I assume that all my items were damaged during shipping but two of them could have been damaged prior to me bidding on them as there were not pictures from the damaged vantage point. This auction had a lot of carnival glass and other glass items up for bid. If you had anything damaged when shipped then you are entitled to a refund. I am sure that I am not the only one in this boat. Do not bid with this auction house. They blocked me from bidding in the future (because it was my fault that my items were damaged, yeah right!) but I would never use them again anyway. Do not use this auction house to sell your items, their customer service sucks.
