Dealing with Jakob Morey was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. This guy is a gem! He went WAY above and beyond for me, explained every detail and worked magic to get me into a great vehicle. Jakob is extremely patient, determined and works so hard to make every detail of the process feel comfortable and pleasant. Excellent service from Jakob Morey.
I have poor credit and didn't think id get finaced. I did not get the car I wanted but was told in a year I can trade in and up grade so will right another review if what they told me is true. But over all was very satisfied with the service and guidance from Jakob I would recommand you talk to him if you need help

I am deeply concerned with the integrity and professionalism of this auction. I bought a vehicle AS IS but after a couple of days of me following up and talking to everyone from the front desk to the management staff they cancelled the deal without my authorization for undisclosed reasons. I have never encountered this kind of dishonesty in all my 20 years of buying and selling cars. BUYER BEWARE
