I would give a negative 5 stars for service and quality but that's not an option! We went through the Drive thru on 06/08/25 @ 1:16 pm the girl on the speaker was so very rude and spoke twice to my husband who was ordering with aggressive tone I had to speak up when asked for the 5th time if there is anything else that we would like I said yes some friendly service. We got to the window to find out our coffee had 2 cream yet we stated multiple times during our ordering 2 milk we ordered 2 farmers wraps with sausage and they only had baccon and was forced to take baccon or nothing. Our full order was also missing and had to be added to the order at the window, Just an absolute dumpster fire this place is! Not even an apology was offered! Except we were told to have a nice day! Do not use this place they employee incompetent and rude staff! Just disgusting!!!

Today I came in with my son who is autistic and nonverbal we were greeted with warm hello and the service was fast and kind and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable I highly recommend the Timmie’s. Thanks again to all the staff for making our little outing one to remember ❤️

The line ups can be devastating. Having to wait by the road for 27 minutes and multiple times too is issue #1. #2 is when they can't make a coffee right. Not rocket science. I know some are just in it for the paycheck, but there are those who actually work there and do a great job - kudos to them. Most issues are usually on weekends bit there are still times during the week - if anything it's at night during the week days.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Aylmer. On April 22, 2025 at 5:55 pm, I placed a mobile order for 2 regular steep teas, which was supposed to be ready 20 minutes later. When I arrived, I went straight to the window and provided my order number. However, the staff asked me to go around and repeat my order number again, which was frustrating.

To my surprise, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect - they had given me coffee instead of steep tea. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get it corrected. The reason given was that they were out of steep tea pots and didn't bother to prepare a new one.

As a customer, I expect better service from a reputable brand like Tim Hortons, especially in their drive-thru service. The issue seemed to stem from the drive-thru staff's oversight. I hope this feedback will help improve their service.

Aaron and Judy are fantastic. They are always fast and efficient. They are always happy to see you and make sure your order is right. I always look forward to seeing either of them at the window when I grab my coffee every morning. Keep up the great job guys.

The more I come to this store, the more disappointing I find it. The communication between management and staff is almost zero, and I was just ripped off on my roll-up the rim cup by some children running the window.

If I buy a large coffee during roll up the rim, I am entitled to my roll up. I don't care if you run out of large cups and you have to give me an additional medium cup so I can roll up the rim, I paid for the roll up, and if you don't supply it, that is called "goods not rendered", which is illegal in commerce. Not to mention it's seriously irritating to the customer, and makes you look like a scummy business. Better yet, your staff laughed at me at the window when I explained this and asked for my cup - and tried to charge me for an additional coffee (when I already paid for my roll up the rim when I bought my coffee and tea).
My best friend works for Timmie's corporate, and I know you can account for an extra medium cup going out the window through your waste. I don't have to pay for an THIRD medium coffee to get the roll up THAT I JUST PAID FOR- like the teenage boy behind the window said I have to (because he'd rather make up an excuse than get someone who knows what they're talking about or just hand me my cup). That boy, who was in drive through Wednesday March 12th at 4:20pm, needs to be spoken to about actually giving customers the product they paid for, or he shouldn't work the window at all.

If you're going to do the promotion, honor it, and if you can't - then tell me BEFORE I buy the coffee.

You owe me a roll up the rim to win, John street Timmie's. That could have been my 55 inch TV. I paid for the cup - and you guys let a kid make up excuses behind the window and scam me out of my cup.

Very dirty. Floors in the restaurant and behind the counter were covered in food and crumbs, bathrooms were filthy. Owner says good bye and walks out leaving the mess for the young staff who are clearly busy. Manager states she’s leaving too and then gives young staffer a hard time for serving the counter instead if helping the drive through. Donuts and bagel were burnt. Just awful all around.
