Your employee Vanessa was condensending & rude as if she was too misserable in life that she HAD to take it out on a customer purchasing items. So yes, i will address her by her name because i am filled with disgust by her attitude.

Stores policy of tag removed not eligible for exchange put me off. Fist of all no return policy is a deterrent for not buying. Secondly I took intact tags with me but those were not on jeans and store refused to take back. 3rd only 14 days to exchange is not very encouraging either. Clothes quality is good. But not going to buy at 7 for mankind again in my life. It was most disappointing experience of exchanging.

Bad attitudes. Impatient to answer questions (although not busy), defensive over comments about the merchandise, and “either buy 3 pieces or don’t waste my time” kind of attitude from the ladies who were working there that day. I visited many shops throughout the day at the mall, and the staff here were the only ones that left a bad taste. The jeans are “ok”, a bit pricy for what they are though.
