After well over an hour wait for my delivery after I was told 30 to 40 mins . I am Not at all impressed with my food . Ordered 2 mac and cheese, salads and a french onion soup. The portion size were not fit for the amount of money we paid over $80 .my meal started with not even a napkin ,fork ,knife or spoon in the bag. I told them I was staying in the super 8 hotel ... $10 for the soup and it was half full. The salads were supposed to be full orders one was half and one was full with hardly and dressing in it . The mac and cheese as pictured was half full and the garlic bread, as you can see from my pic, was small piece of baguette .
So before I could eat my late delivery half full dinner I had to let it go cold and go look for something to eat it with .
Never again will I order here again.
Boston pizza in Athabasca you need to do better!!

Got take out for Super Bowl Sunday!
They missed our beef dip, asked if we wanted to wait for one to be made but if I’m already waiting 25 mins for my order I’m not waiting another 15 mins to make food that was ordered first.
Not only was the food cold, when we got home ( I only live 7 mins out of town) but the sauces lids were all off and had sauce all over the inside of the bag
Definitely will be going somewhere else next time

The staff made a mistake on my order; I had to drive back and have it corrected. They were very generous to refund me my whole order and serve a fresh new order. I really appreciate the customer service.
The pizza was also excellent.

The staff is absolutely amazing but the cooks are incompetent. EVERYTIME the dishes are lacking on sauce, cheese or are over salted. Even if you ask for extra, which they charge you for you still don't get it. Ordered nachos today and begged them to layer and actually get the cheese and toppings on all of the chips. What I got was lightly sprinkles cheese on maybe 1/4 if the chips, not to mention maybe a whole olive worth and maybe a small meatball worth of beef throughout my order. I feel bad for the wait staff there because they always do such an amazing job and probably get stiffed on the tips because the food is awful. Then the little they must get they have to split with the incompetent cooks. Definatly done ordering from this location.

Received pasta that was cold, dry, and basically had no sauce on it. It was so bad I thought it had to be a joke. I asked the server if the kitchen could at least bring me more bolognese sauce. Kitchen filled up this dinky little portion, I'm seriously talking less than 1/4 cup, and said I could ask for more if I wanted it. As if this this was a diss or something. Making spaghetti is not rocket science... but it may be for some.

Just another Boston Pizza service was decent. The food was good. But it took forever for the food to come out. Our appetizer came out reasonable time but our main dishes took forever. Sure maybe our table is party of 6 but still it take over 40 mins wait for our main meal. By the time it came out we were full from our appetizer and unfortunate we did not enjoy our main meal.

Hostess was kind. However after 15 minutes still had not been offered a drink or had our order taken. We ended up leaving to go for super somewhere else. Unfortunately this has been an experience that we have had before at this location.
