Pretty loud hotel. I could hear an alarm 2 doors away. My toilet also squeals loudly periodically as it fills I guess(?). There is one elevator, which is fine, but it gets slow as people use it on different floors.

The room was very nice overall. It felt pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a good size, but the quality of the picture is lacking.

The breakfast was decent. Classic hotel breakfast. The coffee was genuinely the worst coffee I've ever had.

The gym is awful. It felt thrown together and equipment wasn't working. It wasn't clean and it had nothing to clean the machines with. There is a rack with a pulley system which was the only good part.

Ultimately the hotel is worth staying at. I've stayed at much worse places.

I started out annoyed with this reservation, when it took 4 phone calls to get someone to answer. Then when I go to check in, they can’t find my reservation in the system and the front desk was just simply rude about it and made ZERO effort to contact Expedia or investigate further even though I showed her the reservation details. I ended up having to pay again and get a new room and get a refund from Expedia for initial reservation that they couldn’t find. $180 at this hotel gets you a filthy room and bathroom with the worst beds I have ever laid on. I wouldn’t feed the breakfast to my dog. Absolutely deplorable. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. NEVER AGAIN. Do better Days Inn. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Nice stay. Large fridges was nice. Too bad it was only for one night.
Plenty of room for beer tho!
Breakfast was pretty good. Warm and good selection.

Ruth at the front desk was horrible to deal with. Should not have a job in customer experience.
Within the first 5 minutes of trying to check in I had people leaving complaining about bed bugs and people changing rooms because of loud heaters. She didn’t care. Manager didn’t care.
I tried to talk to the manager over the issues I was having and she wouldn’t even get him.
But judging by the way he treated the lady complaining about bed bugs, it would have been pointless anyways.
Won’t be back. I stay in hotels half the year and this is gross and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Good staff, decent continental breakfast with hot bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and omelets, waffles and some fruit available. Cereal and oatmeal are also there, orange and apple juice. The kitchenette was awesome and a great bathroom and king bed. Clean.

Rooms have an excellent layout. They aren’t in the best shape and they’re not the cleanest (there is serious visible hairy dust on almost everything) but they are really nice. Just don’t look up or too closely.
I think it’s difficult to get staff in the area and the people working here so their best (front line anyway). The breakfast is awesome. The kitchen and eating area are super clean (run by front line staff).

Standard hotel room with average cleanliness. It's nothing fancy, but it's not a dump either. It is middle of the road. They had a good amount of hot water, breakfast was decent. I have zero complaints. I would recommend it to others and I would stay here again.

Overall good hotel. Rooms were clean but a few things were missed (not a big deal). They missed my room for room service however one day

Wifi is super fast symmetrical fiber (I saw someone else complaining but it’s not true, I’m attaching my speedtest result.}

Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was good but same everyday.

Rooms are unfortunately not well isolated for sounds - I could hear my neighbours TV and even just reasonable talking.

Overall, this hotel was “okay”, and I would recommend it
