Definitely the worse Asian market I ever met, you can't find essential and popular Chinese or Korean or Japanese food there. The owner set the fridge temperature not cold enough for saving electricity, so the food can't keep fresh, and all the ice cream melt and ruined my pants!

If I could give no star I would, I wanted to take the time to let tourists and Chinese know how racist the worker or possible owner was. I came in on Saturday June 3rd at about 630pm to check out shop before leaving banff. I noticed she greeted others but not me. I had a few questions about the pricing there because there was no labels anywhere either on the shelf or products. I was sending in line ready to ask for proce and possible buying depending on. The mark up compared to Calgary pricing. I don't mind paying extra to support a local business but this woman took her time to check for this couple infront of me and make sure they were happy and then I asked her what she reccomeded and she pointed but I didn't know which spice she was pointing at she went back to checking her phone. I left my wallet with m friend and had to grab it then she put back everything I said I was going to buy and continued to talk to a friend instead of providing a customer service to a paying customer. I have never felt su h poor service and possible racism in a Asian store. She needs to be trained or not be in the industry of helping others due to her values and poor choices in how she decided to help others working in that store. Terrible employee who is creating a poor reputation for Asian markets.

People is complaining about prices in this store but we have to consider that it cost more to bring groceries to Banff due to transportation cost. I was at this store a couple of weeks ago and the lady was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will say reasonable prices compare to Calgary is just a couple of extra dollars.

Visited to buy some Asian snacks and waited so long for staff members to ring me up since they were just talking to each other, essentially ignoring me. Once they finally helped me I didn’t even receive a hello or greeting. Rude staff don’t recommend going AT ALL
