Frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. Our team brought jerseys in to get name bars out on and my son’s jersey came back stained. We emailed a picture and the owner said he couldn’t see much in the picture and asked us to bring the jersey in which is fine. Then he was trying to say that the jersey must have been brought in stained because it couldn’t have happened there. He said he had some stain stuff that might work and tried that night to get it out. When I came back the next day to pickup the shirt there was a new and different stain on the front of the jersey, with no success removing the stains on the back (which can happen and I appreciate he tried). He agreed to take the jersey home again and wash and on the third day I came back to pickup and yet again different stains in different locations are on the jersey now. He apologized but said it happens sometimes. “It happens sometimes does not remove the now 3 stained areas of my son’s brand new jersey. Owner was unwilling to even offer our $10 refund for that we originally paid for the work. Zero accountability or willingness to try and find a true solution.
