Cons:
-Rather high in price for services.
-Multiple times used and they have stapled directly onto delicate (and cultural) materials despite having places to attach without disturbing the fabric.

For this alone I would not suggest if you care deeply about your delicates.

Pros: Quick turnover and convenience.

I’ve been using Beau Village Drycleaners for the past couple of years now and have been thoroughly impressed. The quality of their cleaning is outstanding; my clothes looked brand new. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. They were efficient, with my items ready on time. Their location is convenient, and the drop-off and pick-up process is easy. Plus, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone. Five stars!

Had a very bad experience with the pregnant lady she didn’t have any answers to any of the questions about pricing if I would’ve known they would charge $52 for one dress I would’ve never accepted to leave the dress for dry cleaning. I asked for the price but the lady didn’t know the prices and she works there which is strange!! She promised when her manger comes in they will call to give the price which they never did! I came in and asked why they didn’t call to give me the price ahead of time she said I don’t know my manager decided !!! She’s Not very Friendly at all and I do not recommend their services and will never come back to this place ever again ….

Beau Village has done my dry-cleaning since I moved to Beaumont in 2011, and only excellent results! I would like to give special thanks for repair work done on a cardigan of my Dad's - it had holes, needed a new zipper, and really should have been discarded - but he loves it. Beau Village did an amazing job of mending it (for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion) and Dad is delighted!

I entrusted these people to sew 4 patches on my leather vest. Upon dropping off my vest I specifically advised them to not touch my vest if they could not complete the task.
3 days later I pick up my vest, 2 of my patches were crooked and another was completely upside down, needless to say I was furious.
I advise everyone to not entrust your sewing needs to these clowns.
