Great experience here, I was in a tough spot and needed my truck back on the road. They called me and communicated what repairs were needed and got the job done faster than I expected. I’ve been going to Granden Auto since I moved to Blackfalds 8 years ago, and I’ve always had my expectations exceeded. They have always been friendly, accommodating, and honest. Most people know it’s not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic, but at Granden Auto I’ve always had peace of mind. My last visit, I needed to have a simple nut/bolt replacement for my seat rail. My quote from the Subaru dealership was over $1,500 to replace the entire seat assembly. Granden Auto was able to simply replace the broken bolt for $60 including labour. Now my seat is secure and I don’t have to cancel Christmas due to an outrageous bill from Subaru. Support your local mechanic!!

Great service. Very friendly and accommodating. Very reasonable price. Was visiting relatives in Blackfalds for a wedding, starter went in car, they got me in the same day so I could go back home as I had to work the next day. Will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much again for getting me back on the road.

Our vehicle broke down in Blackfalds. My husband barely made it to this garage before she pettered out. It was 1230pm and we were leaving for the Calgary airport at 4pm. The garage squeezed us in and the owner picked up the part in Reddeer and had our vehicle ready to go before 2 pm. Amazing service! We were so grateful! Thank you all so much!

Nope. Not a chance. Would rate a 0 if I could. Did not fix a thing and actually made it worse, charged as if they did fix it, didn't warranty work or parts, cost me nearly 10k. Stay away. It was $7000 the first time, was there 3 different times. Then it when to GM to get fixed again properly. As for my brother it's funny when he was right the hole time, is a licensed mechanic and has a engineers degree is elecical and mechanical. He diagnosed it without looking at it from Kelowna via FaceTime and was correct about everything after you did all your work. I'm now 15k into it and your work didn't fix a thing. And yes the timing did need to be done and is recommended at 160 to 220k by gm. Should I continue with what else was found?

Helped me out of a jam when Ok Tire wouldn't. Needed a bolt and they dropped what they were doing to help me out. Went back for a tire repair and they fixed it on the spot on a Friday afternoon at 330. Will be back due to their accommodating service.
