My son's glasses came in no one called me for a month. They broke immediately and again no one has contacted me when I try to call phone number is unavailable. Very frustrating. I showed up 15 minutes before close and they were locking the door and refused to help me .

Changed my review as the Dr did come to my home to personally drop off the glasses and apologize

Thanks to Dr. Rowland's expertise and persistence, I was rushed to a specialist less than 24 hours after seeing her. They found a large brain tumor, which will be removed surgically right away. Thank you, Dr. Rowland, for going above and beyond. I am so grateful to you and all the staff who stayed late and made sure I was seen right away while actively listening to what I was experiencing. To everyone reading this, get your eyes checked every year (I recommend going here because they're all incredible).

I have gone here a few times for me and my kids. They are amazing Dr. Kanji knows her stuff and is easy to talk to. She is great with the kids too!

The front staff is always friendly and quick to greet us. When my sons glasses snapped they quickly got him a replacement frame .

If you have to spend alot of time in the eye doctor like me this is where time is well spent and you will get great service. They go above and beyond everytime.

Ordered glasses from Blackfalds eyecare and the experience was overall great until I got my glasses. They were too tight and were causing headaches so I went in to get them adjusted, they were still too tight after so I had to go back 5 different times for an adjustment. The last time they finally told me they couldn't adjust them as the frame wouldn't adjust properly. They told me the warranty was now over but if they told me this the first time I could of got them replaced no issue. They said they could give me new ones but only their cheapest frames (which none fit) and if I wanted the bigger size of my current glasses I would still have to pay $120. I used to order my glasses online and have never had issues so very frustrating that someone helped me choose these ones and make sure they fit properly (or were suppose to) just to have this happen. Will never purchase from them again.

I saw Dr. Kanji recently and she went above and beyond for me. I'm so happy with the care I got from her. I highly suggest making an appt. Nice to have such a young vibrant doctor in town!!

I seen an Optometrist and Opthamologist in Red Deer for a terrible eye infection that had been going on for two weeks!. I needed the right medication and Dr Kanji got it right. I wish I seen her in the first place.

the lady was amazing very professional the glasses i picked out were going to be 505 dollars ouch but then she said we could probably get all your lenses stuff in a package deal so she pointed me to frames covered by my insurance which i absoletly adored and they were free with insurance in the end the new frames were 100.23 dollars 5 out of 5 stars excellent service and accomidations i love blackfalds professional eyecare place
