I have no issues with this store in general. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable. Front store staff is usually on point. I do have an issue with one girl though. Store rewards are supposed to be asked at the till....she never asks...in fact, I have to tell her to type it in and apply it to my account! I get that it seems tedious. I have worked retail. Just do your job as you have been instructed to do it! She needs to ASK and apply rewards as she is supposed to! I shouldn't have to remind her!

Do not wear warm clothes when you go in to this store in fact take some clothes off. How the hell do employees work in this store? Does your air conditioner work?

My family and I have been very thankful for the advice and support from the Pharmacist's and staff in their department. Having a child with complex needs, they have been quick to seek the knowledge to support her needs to the best of their ability. It truly has been a comfort knowing they are always willing to help.
The store has a friendly atmosphere and and have partnered with local businesses to offer a variety of products which makes it a wonderful place to shop.
I highly recommend Tellier Guardian Pharmacy

Me and my family love this store! We use this pharmacy for For all of our prescription and non prescription needs. All of the staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to provide advice and guidance for the health of our family!
And The store manager is wonderful! She Always knows our name and greats us with a smile. We definitely recommend this store

Very racist, don’t even bother going and supporting this business if your Indigenous or poc, got followed around and told to take my own bank card out of my pocket. When confronted for racial profiling, making me uncomfortable, and falsely accusing me, an old grey haired woman stated “well it’s my store and we can do what we want”. So no justice or accountability from the staff and workers of this establishment. I will never come to this store ever again and condemn other people to do so unless it gets new management or they take accountability for their malicious falsehoods..

The pharmacy staff are outstanding at Telliers. So friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist all the time. The store has tons of decor and household stuff, lots of snacks, etc. But the staff are the real hero's. Check them out, you won't be sorry..
