You can count on the pumps being out of paper atleast half the time. I tell the staff everytime they don't seem to care they just reprint my receipt and leave the printer empty

I stopped in there everyday when I leave or when I get home I always grab a French vanilla coffee or drink. Employees are polite. I've never had a rude employee at this 7-Eleven. They've been great

Ordered chicken wings from here because there was a good deal, but the chicken was incredibly stale. Don't waste your money

I don't have horrible experiences here. It's 7-11. I've definitely been to worse ones than this. Snacks and slurpees are generally really good here, however if you're looking for cream or milk it's quite pricey. Staff is pretty friendly here although sometimes it does smell when they are cooking the food.
Hate the paper bags and straws.. give me the plastic ones please. I find this location quite clean.

Absolutely terrible.
Waited at hot food counter for a couple of minutes. Nobody else in the store. Asked is items were cooked she replied yes and carried on with her work. After another 2 minutes of being ignored I left. Won’t go back.

Drove past and noticed the deluxe car wash. What a joke, paid almost $18 dollars and it smeared the mud around on my car and did not even get it all off the under carriage. I was running errands and went to the city so I did not notice until I got there. This location was way out of my way but I was very dissapointed in paying for a wash that I was then going to have to pay again to finish the job. So I drove back to the store and had the employee advise me to return the next day when the manager was in. I explained that I lived 20 min N of Cochrane and that she needed to take care of it. She called the manager/owner(?) and he told me that because I drove to the city that I might have caused it to get dirty again. It was a sunny clear day. Made me realize that if I had actually taken the time to return the next day when he was in that I would have been given the same excuse. Don't waste your time or money here.

I had a prepaid car wash ticket that had gone a month past expiry date. The manager refused to issue me a new code since he said everything in the store has a best before date and it would cost him money to issue me a new one? What a bogus excuse! Never go there unless you want bad customer service.

Grumpy clerk it seemed. until you realize he's just lonely and needed to vent. Plus he decided not to charge me for an item. For listening I suppose.
