A spectacular and little known beach that's only a 45 minute drive from the centre of Ottawa, but worth every moment of it. Fabulous view of the Kìchì Sìbì (Mighty River Ottawa). So many place to go and a huge clean on which to do nothing. A magic place...

We visited this area unfortunately on a stormy very heavy rainy day, so we didn’t get the chance to go on the beach to swim.
We enjoyed having snacks and drinks at the only snack bar across from the beach!!! Will be back on a better weather day.

It used to be my fav but now they blocked off the access to the most of the beach, and you can see ‘private property’ ‘no trespassing’ signs everywhere. You couldn’t get access to the spot where you can enjoy the awesome sunset. That being so, the pic blow will be the last one for me to remember the beauty and tranquility of this wonderful place. Farewell, Constance!

Really busy but an amazing beach. It was clean, the water was quite shallow all the way out so it was great for the kids. There wasn't many birds or debris except for rocks and some shells. Definitely a great day out.

Nice and calm Sandy beach beside the lake overseeing the Gatineau mountains - kids enjoyed it. Need to leave early because of rain but will be back soon !!!

Great for small children. However, most of the beach area is private property, so people get very limited access to the beach.

The Point is a perfect spot for a day outside of Ottawa. Beautiful seaside for tanning, relaxing swimming.
Whether its lunch or dinner or just a quick drink The Point is the place to be.

The Poutine is one of the best features of the menu which comes also as a side to their amazing moist burger in a brioche bun topped with real cheddar and jalapeno peppers with pineapple.

Part of the charm of the place are the locals who often eat there and are seen to be ordering food to take away as well. They will willingly engage with you if you initiate conversation otherwise they leave you alone.

The hosts are amazing, we were lucky to get Mikayla as our host today. She gave us extra attention without being intrusive, she has the art of assisting without making you feel like you are being served; very classy.

We have been there 3 times this summer since discovering this beautiful place to spend the day and watch the sun set. We will be back. As we want to catch the Friday Night Bands.
