This was my first time buying at an auction! The online part was so fun i was anticipating trying to win a camp trailer all week and had the auction open on my shop computer so i could get my high bids back quick. We were able to go look in and outside of the units the week of the auction, and place the bids online! Going to pick up my trailer it was an absolute gong show because people want their items NOW and there is huge lines so i just used my head and waited a couple days and pickup was simple. Anyone whining about waits just needs to think - yeah youre going to have to wait a while there is thousands of items and a dozen staff so do the math... duhhhh.
Every staff member i dealt with was incredibly helpful and even retired Mr Lindstrand himself gave me some pointers as he was there when my son and i went to look around. I will definately bid on items again!

Clunky disorganized online site. Demanding drivers license and credit card before you can even bid. Th it system for verifying credit cards accepted a visa gift card that had less than a dollar balance. Shows how useful their verification is. Local folks shouldn't have to jump through all these hoops.
FYI under Alberta law. Only peace officers and registry agents can demand to see someone's driver's license. Should really learn about privacy laws in Canada and Alberta. Your operation shows that you clearly don't.

Would suggest looking elsewhere as this business seems to have given up and don't know how to operate online properly. Plus it's questionable.if any electric items will ever work again as they seem to be stored outside in the rain.

June auction pickup was well organized, quick, and painless. Not sure if I got lucky or if changes were made.

Compared to last time it was night and day difference. As always yard staff are super friendly and loader operations are careful and efficient.

They could make paying by e-transfer easier. Seems overly complex to put "call us on the invoice", then get told on the phone to text cell number, and then get texted back the e-transfer email address. Would be easier to just put the email address on the invoice and specify put invoice number and whatever else they need in the transfer memo box.

Overall pretty happy.

People wait in line for a long time while the employees that are supposed to guide traffic through in lines making people wait a long time and arguing with eachother. One employee called the other guy a clown in front of many people here and argued. Total disaster and people getting mad. It shouldnt be that hard to guide people and having some professional skills would be nice instead of innapropiate attitude.

The wait time is totally unacceptable, no auction company should make their customers wait so long, it took me 4hrs to pay and pick up 5 lots. Improvements need to be done to pick ups. As well as the fast bidding site was very laggy which caused me to bid on the wrong lot.

Have purchased several items , yes it gets busy however staff always do their best . Some good bargains , but beware it does get busy on load out days . The sales just keep getting bigger and better

Absolutely unprofessional, for an auction service who supposedly have been serving area since 1969.
They should have the process of moving people through the payment, and load out as an absolute smooth process.
BUT
You wait in line for everything to deal with them.
Unacceptable!!
Never have this experience at any other auction service we deal with.
Never will deal with this auction company again.

Dealt with many many auction houses over my 55 years. This I by far the worst. With all the online only alot of buyers go off pictures and descriptions. When descriptions say runs perfectly comes with brand new parts and it's not even close. So any consignor can say whatever and you take it as word with not even a visuall inspection!. Sad sad place I'm done with this place forever and so will many of my fellow auction junkies. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE.
