Sending out a huge Rave to Cold Lake Ford. We had quite a bit of warranty work with a truck and then decided to trade it in and purchased a new vehicle. There was a little bit of a miscommunication with the deal, but where the RAVE is.... the team over there made everything right! They went above and beyond to put the customer relationship over any miscommunication to come out with a stronger relationship. Don't hesitate to look to your local Ford Dealer for your next vehicle!

Brought in my Ford Escape for a windshield replacement and after the work was complete, I noticed several issues. First, a new cluster of scratches appeared on my front driver side fender which are very obviously there from someone brushing up against the vehicle while working on the windshield. The interior of my car was a mess, with rubber pieces from the windshield seal scattered on top of my dash and in my vents (what a pleasant surprise it was to be peppered with rubber when turning my vents on the next morning). Lastly, scratches to the inside of my windshield pillar were now there that didn't exist before. Upon noticing these and speaking to the service manager, he agreed to bring my car back in and attempt to rectify these deficiencies. I picked up my car and was absolutely disappointed at the lack of real attempt to make this right. The scratches look just the same as before, the inside was barely even vacuumed and the car wasn't even washed. I also noticed that the interior weatherstripping wasn't even installed properly post windshield replacement. (See pics) Furthermore, I noticed a new set of marks on my hood that weren't noticed before. While a few members tried to be very friendly, the overall quality of service done on my vehicle is poor. I am very disappointed in this location. I probably won't be going back unless absolutely necessary.

Excellent service!!! Amy & Nicole was wonderful, helped us get the financing & got the vehicle delivered to us from cold lake to Calgary!

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. Their communication was unprofessional and rude.
I hope that Ford will take steps to improve its customer service and ensures that all visitors are treated with kindness and professionalism.

Sales team is quick, efficient and very friendly. Service has alot to be desired though as a truck I bought a year ago has a bad alignment and the new tires they installed before I bought are toast after 11,000km and the service manager won't return phone calls. Reminds me of the previous new truck I bought through them that the doors would randomly fly open and they admitted to installing the wrong parts multiple times.
