This was our fifth rv purchase and by far the best! Kyle was very upfront about pricing, trade-in allowance and the actual weight of the truck camper we bought today (usually hard to find an upfront answer to this one)! Communicating with Kyle was great---very quick and accurate. His service team went above and beyond getting our new Wolf Creek camper onto our truck and everything working properly before we left..Loved giving this family-owned dealership our business and would definitely recommend them!

I gave Happy Camper RV 5 stars because they had some of the best service I have ever been given!
We are travelling across Canada, and 2 days in we experienced a flat tire along with a bent rim. I called Happy camper from a neighbouring town, and although they were very busy I was told if I can get there, they will send someone out to look. Once arriving we were attended to pretty darned quickly. Bent axel needed replacement. 10-12 days …. Well guess we are hanging out for a bit. 7 days in the call came that the axel had arrived. Day 8 dropped off for repair first thing in the morning. 2 hrs later … call saying come get her. Not only was it quick and efficient, the communication was excellent and the end price was $500 under estimate!! The service manager Wendy was awesome to work with under what to us, was a very stressful situation. I can not thank everyone enough, for accommodating us in a time of need, to the smiles and excellent service. Highly, highly recommend!!!

The best service in my area I live in whitecourt had problems with my furnace tried getting it fixed in whitecourt I was told to old
So I called happy camper edson took it there it was fixed in a hr

Wow over a $1000.00 to put cocking on a 29ft bunk house. I had mine done 3 years ago for $230.00!

Up date! Sept 2024 back home , my local RV ( Apex RV shop) did my whole trailer for $230.00 now for the second time!
So watch out these guys are out to take advantage of travelers! See my other ad about Weldon mechanic shop in Edson- same kinda store! Edson needs to clean up their businesses !!
So now you say I’m spreading fault information? No sir! I am not!
I was there in your shop in the back and ask your workers how much to reseal a 29 ft bunk house ( mine is a2006 and in good condition) every year I get this maintenance done to keep it so!
Guy man quoted between $800 and $1000.00. I was totally shocked.
So I walked around to your front office and asked for the manager, a man came out and I explained I seal my roof yearly and mostly it only needs spot checks. I m looking to get that done again this year. The person (supposedly the manager) ask where my trailer was , I say at the camp site ( so yes I new there should be a fee to come there to do it) the fee I don’t recall but was fair I thought for the travel of a 5 min drive. But then he too quoted $1000.00 to as much as $1200.00 if there were problems!
That number was out right theift !
I didn’t get it done with you and waited till I got home , were my regular guy did the job for $285.00! So don’t try saying I make things up! I do not! I tell the truth.
You were trying to take advantage of a person traveling! And that is wrong!
You should be a shamed!!

Amazing service! My partner and i are from New Zealand and have moved to Canada to explore with our truck camper. Upon picking up our camper, it was obvious we didn’t have the right set up. Kyle and his incredible team did everything to ensure we were set up for success. They stayed late, called every person they knew, and had us out within the next day. We cannot recommend this company more.

H.C. is not a place where you can ask for personalized service. We purchased a new Truck Camper from H.C.
Staff did not properly carry out the PDI. When working on the TC, the personnel damaged the floor and the cabinet door under the sink, and dropped a 600$ Inverter on the floor in front of us.
When taking possession, the employee appeared aggressive and reluctant to argue. The after-sales service is very questionable. The sales manager is very friendly and easy to approach, it is quite different from the service staff who are very Cranky.

This is my 3rd time the staff at Happy Camper RV have saved me in a time of crisis! Owning an older model RV means that normal wear and tear are just things you have to deal with. I have been so lucky that my breakdowns have been in the vicinity of Edson and Happy Campers RV. The entire staff have always looked after me with courtesy and honesty. This last breakdown I had to leave my RV with them and let them do the repairs. They staff were so accommodating and always kept in touch with me during the repairs.
I can’t thank them enough for their service. Honesty and fair pricing seem to be hard to find these days but do yourself a favour if you need work done to your RV and visit this dealership.
I am happy to drive to Edson from Edmonton to have these folks do any work I require on my RV.
A big shout out to Wendy and all the staff for your amazing service!
