The birds there aren't cared for or looked after properly and should be looked into. The pet is such a secondary to the business birds and other exotic animals don't see proper care. When you mention it to staff they scoff as if their bird experts and plucking is "normal" Dianas should be banned from selling birds period

It was ok the staff polite and helpful when I asked. The ONE thing I LIKED the Most was that they Did NOT follow me around asking if I needed help or if I was finding everything Okay.. they've done it before in the past. But I do understand places need to do that.
But SOME PLACE'S in this Town Take it alil to far.

The staff are amazing from the engraving on small things, to knowledge of what would be the best dog food and toys, to the patience of grooming my big dog and helping me even find gifts. The puzzle and stuffy was loved so thank you. Always a great experience shopping there.

Diana's is a great shop for our small town. They offer many services all inside on big building. Hobbies, pet food, pet furniture, toys, engraving, grooming and more. Always a great stop when we go in.

I found the cutest toy for my fur baby and got to pet the kittens and meet some fellow customers pets aswell. I always love talking g and dancing with Candy thats always a highlight. Staff are usually helpful. Little over priced items is my only issue with diannas.

Very good selection of small animal supplies, however all small rodent cages are ridiculously tiny and I can't find eight inch wheels anymore. 3/3 of the mice I got from them died of cancer at under a year and a half old. When I bought a budgie from them I was told I needed grit, a cuttle bone, and vitamin powder, but all of those are unnecessary and can even be harmful. A friend got a cockatiel who two months later died of liver failure because she was overweight from the start and in poor health. Overall a typical pet store, good for most supplies but I don't buy animals here anymore
