We’re from whitecourt so we have to travel to Edson to get rental equipment but First time dealing with the guys it was great second time my husband got a friend to pick up the piece of equipment needed and they sent him with the wrong thing (friend didn’t know what exactly he was picking up) but on the paper it said the correct piece and they sent something totally different needless to say had to make one unnecessary trip with not compensation for their mess up needless to say make sure that you get the right piece of equipment if your friends picking up and don’t expect compensation for their screw up

Didn't really shop at all but they have what you need, skidstear, ditch diggers, and any hand tool you might need plus a lot of recreational and fun equipment

Will never rent from these crooks again. Rented a trailer and asked more then once if it could be dropped off after hours as I wouldn’t be done with it till after closing. This question was asked more then once by myself and my friend and we were both told yes all I had to do was call and someone would open the gates so it could safely be dropped off. Well when I called that night I was informed that is I wanted someone to open the gate I would be charged and if I left it outside by the building and it was stolen I would be charged to replace the trailer. So I said I would bring it back the next day as long as I wasn’t going to be charged more because I was given the wrong info. Was told there would be someone there at 9 to let my brother in as he was taking it back. He waited no one came so called and was told to just leave it there. My brother looked it over and took pictures to prove it was there and there was nothing wrong with it. He checked all the ties and they were fine. The next day I got a call and was informed that the trailer had a flat tire so I was charged to fix it. There was nothing wrong with that trailer but because no one showed up to look it over with my brother they screwed me over. Don’t rent from these crooks

I did call and talk to the manager about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. And before I ever rented the trailer I asked more then one person about returning it late and was told someone could meet us there when we returned it late. I also talked to the same person right before it was taken back and was told they would meet my brother there. That is not miscommunication, that is lies so you can screw people over. I wouldn’t have given a bad review if you didn’t deserve it. Again I did called and talk to the manager and was told it wasn’t his problem. I stand by what I said, you’re not a good business to deal with

They were supposed to give me the money back for the rent but I still haven't got anything, they probably hope I won't find out. I still don't understand why they didn't give me my money back. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed for their employee not following protocol. Will not be returning. Charged more for a stock trailer rental than I should have been.

Looking everywhere for limestone to make a garden, somthing that could be carried by 2 men since we didn't have a machine. Good service and they had stock!
