😎👍🏻Ihad visited Trail Tire Edson many months back to fix a stud and address a serpentine belt squeal, and the experience was outstanding. From the start, I was welcomed warmly by the friendly staff. They thoroughly investigated my vehicle's issues, ensuring they identified the root causes. Their patience and willingness to explain the details of the repairs were incredibly reassuring.

I have come back; service consistently exceeds expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and the pricing is always fair with clear, concise billing.

During my recent visit for a winter tire swap, they not only remembered my valve stem caps and cleaned my summer tires, but they also diligently checked my brake and other things to ensure my safety. The staff is friendly, approachable, patient and genuinely care about their customers.

My husband and I just broke down in Edson with a bad trailer axel and Trail Tire was a huge blessing by letting us use some tools to help with fixing the axel (at no charge). We’re very grateful that they were so generous and willing to help!

If you have a solid axel car and want a 2-wheel alignment then this is a fine place to go, but do not trust them for a full wheel alignment unless you are more mechanically inclined than I am. I had an appointment for a full wheel alignment (and paid for a full wheel alignment) because I had issues with wear on my BACK left tire. When I was there it seemed fine. When they were done they essentially assured me that it was fixed and that I wouldn't have anymore weird wear on my tires (from what I could tell that meant all of them). But after looking at the invoice and inspection form, it appeared they only did an alignment on the front 2 tires, even though it was clear that it was misaligned on the back as well. I got my husband to call, since he is more mechanically inclined, and they told him they couldn't aligne anything on the back. My husband mentioned that they should be able to put shims in the back to fix it, and they told him that "they have never done that before, and that it is too difficult so don't worry about it." Obviously he told them that they are going to get the shims and fix it properly because that is what I paid for and expected the first time around. I live an hour out of town, so I am not happy that I have to go in again and waste more time, when it could have been done right the first time.
**Update: Instead of ordering the shims, they've decided they don't want to deal with my car and are giving me a refund instead. Refund is nice, but still not worth the hassle of dealing with Tail Tire

I was driving to Jasper to go boarding and had some car issues on the way. Stopped in to see what the issue was and Henk took it for a test drive.

Gary and Henk, were so helpful and friendly. Going out of there way explaining everything that could be the issue.

After talking it through, ended up getting a wheel alignment done.

Got a flat tire on the way through Edson on a long weekend on a Sunday. Called everywhere in town and this was the only one with after hours support. Without them we would be stuck until Tuesday. They were fair and accommodating. They didn't have a tire in stock that matched my vehicle but gave me a ride to Canadian tire to pick one up and installed it for me. Highly recommend.

Tried to book an appointment online but after all info was filled in, instead of a confirmation, I was told that a representative would call me within 24 hours.
A short time later, I received a text from someone named Trevor asking what day would work best even though I had already entered my desired date and time on the form on the website.
I replied with which days I was available and asked if they also did brake service.
Trevor replied saying the 27th would work and asked what time, completely ignoring my question about brakes.
I said the earlier the better and that was the end of it; Trevor did not reply to me with a time or even at all beyond that.
So, here we are now the 27th and I have still not been contacted by anyone else and was never given an appointment time.
Not sure what the deal is but clearly I wasn't important enough to call or respond to so I will take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful service. Came with the flat tire just before closing. They took my car with no problem and worked past the closing time.
