Was rudely told to leave my backpack at the front desk as soon as I entered the store. I have no issue if it's their policy to not allow backpacks in their store, but it was the way she barked at me to leave it that I found extremely distasteful. I've spent a lot of money in this store, and now I won't be returning. The ability to purchase mostly broken stuff slightly below retail price with a zero returns or refund policy isn't going to be that hard to remove from my life.

We spend hundreds of dollars here every month. We know some LOVELY staff there and have had great experiences. However the lady who seems to be a manager and the ones we dealt with today are just pitiful. We grabbed few hundreds of dollars of stuff today, went to return a product that came in a box which was missing half the items therefore making it impossible to even use. They denied refunding us the $12 for it and then took it anyways?! Awful! No more supporting this business for us.

I had a very disappointing experience at Treasure Hunt recently, all because of the manager, Logan. He was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to discuss an issue. As a regular customer, I was shocked when he blatantly said he didn’t care about my business or the loyalty of regular customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and it really put me off from wanting to shop here again. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, manager’s behavior was the opposite of that.

I bought an espresso machine and didn't work. Accidentally I lost the receipt and believe me or not in 2024 they do not have a copy in their system of purchase based on my credit card (of course they don't). I asked them for a change for similar or other product. They didn't want to do it. This is not a great business model for 2024!

Management are rude to staff in front of customers. Will not shop here after how I have seen the lovely staff is treated by the store manager.

This store is pretty awesome. Some days it can be a hit and miss for the clothing. I have seen the same damaged items still on the rack a month later. At the same time I have gotten some really great deals on leggings, Scented wax cubes, toiletries, office supplies etc. Will deffinetly continue to shop here.

I will never shop here again!
I used to be an absolute regular coming every week and filling my cart. But after the experience I went through with members of their staff I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I'd gone shopping their the day before and found two larger items I intended to buy, they were still on the floor unmarked and unsold when I arrived the next day with a vehicle that could transport them I made a beeline with my cart IMMEDIATELY to these items and loaded both into my cart before returning to my usual browsing, when two employees approached me to tell me they'd just sold both items straight out of my cart to another customer nowhere in sight. They literally took both items out of my cart, brought them to the front and sat them there, they were both still sitting at the front when I'd left with no sign of the other potential customer. Not only did they sell these items straight out of the cart that I was pushing, but the blatantly prioritized one customer over another without explanation. It was unprofessional, discriminatory, and humiliating. I will never shop here again and I don't suggest anyone else does either until they review their policies. It was an absolutely humiliating and disgusting situation to be in.
