Got a wax done, left with huge deep burn marks all around my eyebrows. Asked for dark brown hair, wanted anything but black…. Left with jet black hair. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was not a fun experience at all.

Very unprofessional. My friend an I had booked head spa treatments here for her birthday this weekend. The appointments were on the holiday monday. Which yes it's a holiday, but the schedule was open so we booked them a month ago. An I just received a call less then a week prior needing to cancel because the person performing the treatment can't work alone? They had a MONTH to figure this out. Lock the door inbetween customers or how about calling the day we booked them. So unprofessional you had plenty of time to rectify this. An now you ruined my friends birthday. Great job. An there losing out on over 300$.

I was a walk-in haircut last Saturday. There was one guy in the chair and one waiting which was a good sign that they keep busy. The young woman asked me about my hair and what I would like and then made a couple of recommendations. She then quietly and methodically began work. She did not rush and I was very happy with the results.

Clean place, nice staff and good work. I will recommend to my friends.

If I could leave no stars I would, but I had to put at least one star to share my experience.
I have never had a bad hair experience before today, but this one was enough. When I go to a hair salon, I expect very little honestly, you went through the hours of training and schooling to get your certification to prove you know what you're doing, you know the different techniques and styles, and know the different hair types, so when someone comes in says pixie style hair cut and shows you a picture of what they're looking for, you know what you need to do to achieve that look, or how to explain to your customer that their hair type just can't do that style, if that be the case. When your customer voices concerns about the process, you know how to explain things to them to set their minds at ease, and assure them they will get the cut they want.

This was not the case, I told the hair dresser what I wanted, showed the picture, and she told me no problem. I voiced my concerns about how it was looking, and it asked why I had received bangs, told her about my previous haircuts and colors. I sat down in her chair 10 minutes late of my appointment, and didn't get out of said chair for an hour and a half, and some how even a licensed hair dresser couldn't manage a pixie cut. Never will I ever go back to Revitalize in Fairview again! I've never wanted to shave me head as soon as I got home from a hair salon ever, that was an absolute horrifying experience for me to the point I did shave my head after crying.
