Made a phone call at three minutes after 5, asked if I could get a tire repaired. They asked if I was okay with the call out fee. I get there 4 minutes later, and they're working on 2 big trucks still. Tire was fixed quickly, and was still charged the call out fee. Had mo problem paying for the flat repair, however there shouldn't have been the call out fee. This will be the last they see of my business.

We were traveling to AK and had to change a tire. We stopped in with no notice to swap tires and buy a new spare. Quick service, minimal wait time. Got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

After waiting for 20 minutes in an empty building someone finally showed up, I needed my brakes checked out to make sure it was safe to get home, or even have them replaced but was turned away, they don’t do brakes, but the website shows different. I wouldn’t go here, head over to OK Tire

Unfortunately I have left this place disappointed twice now.

I wanted to try and support another local business so I decided to give Integra a shot. I had new tires, I just needed the rubbers swapped onto my rims - fairly easy. They got the job done, and I left after paying my bill.

18 days go by, I decided to go to the next town over with some friends. On our trip back - 5 minutes after leaving Whitecourt I got a flat tire. It was late at night, we had to wait for my SO to come and help us as I COULD NOT get the lug nuts off to change it to the spare (I found out today they torque to 90lbf - ft on all cars rather than the recommended torque spec on my car 65-79lbf - ft).

Then when I bring back the now flat tire to the shop to see what went wrong I was informed that one of their crew members had sliced my tire with the tire machine when mounting it. (The slice was on the sidewall, under the lip of the rim so you couldn't see it).

I am thankful that Pat Jr. pointed it out and was truthful about what had went wrong, I will not fault him of that. That is admirable.

However, I was given the news that I would have to pay for the new tire replacement. I am really unsure as to why I would have to pay for a mistake that I never made - I suppose my mistake was using this shop. Lesson learned.

They did give me a 'deal/discount' on the new tire, not have to pay for labor and $30 off the new tire. All together came to $192.00. I'm sure if I had gone anywhere else (with the same scenario), I would have gotten a new tire at no charge to me.

Bottom line, they put a damaged tire on my car and let me leave. That is dangerous.

Had a rock puncture travelling to a site near Fox Creek. Made it back to town late in the day and Integra was able to get the repair done for us to be on our way in between all the truck tire work happening which appears to be the bread and butter of the shop. They were honest when I got there and said it would take a few minutes to get it in but they would get to it and did. Thanks!

We lost a tire outside Fox Creek and the staff at Integra were super helpful. They found us a replacement, charged us a reasonable price, and we were on the road again within the hour! Highly recommend!
