Would recommend. I’ve never had a bad experience dealing with Acera. A big shout out to Jennifer Pike, whom I’ve dealt with for 15+ years and never thought about going elsewhere. She was always there to help me, easy to speak to and very professional. Acera is lucky to have her.

For 15 years I’ve had 2 home insurances, 5 car insurances and a camper insurance.
May 2022 I took my camper for it’s first trip and my floor got wet and didn’t know how.
On my second trip it happened again so I lifted the carpet and saw everything soaked underneath, and called Rogers.

They said someone would go look, so I scheduled it, took days off, but that person missed the scheduled appointments a few times, and then stopped answering texts and emails.

After I insisted in texting and emailing for many days, he finally replied and said:
“Sorry we don’t cover mushrooms” without even showing up to look at the camper.

Then, 32 days after his scheduled appointment he showed up and agreed there was no mold, so took pics of the whole camper, told me to pull up the carpet and the floor and find the leak.

So he left, I removed the whole carpet, and the floor under it, found the leak coming from the shower pipe.
I told him it was done, but he replied with the same answer from 2 months before. "We don't cover mushrooms"

So I called and emailed Rogers asking for an explanation and for 3 months the only answer I got was: “Someone will call you”
But 4 months later and not 1 single call or email.

Rogers put the blame on Agile Underwriting Solutions, but I am not their client and don’t know who they are. I am Rogers client, and they didnt call me either.

Meanwhile I lost the entire summer of camping.
I pulled up the floor and saw that it was a leak from the shower that ran on the subfloor to the bedroom, and I had it all fixed at my own expense.
I will also be canceling all insurances I have with Rogers and taking my business to any broker that doesn’t depend on Agile Underwriting Solutions.

If a 15 year old client that has spent 6 figures in insurance gets treated like this...

I never do reviews but in this case I just had to.
I truly had a 5 star experience.
I purchased insurance for my home, a rental property, several vehicles and my travel trailer from Sheralea at this office and the entire experience was phenomenal.
I can't express enough how simple she made the whole process for me. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and even provided information on coverage that no other insurance agent has ever informed me of.
For me, the coverage and service is the most important aspect (lessons learned through the Fort McMurray wildfire in 2016!)
but price certainly comes into play as well.
I left the office feeling very confident that I have the very best coverage at a very fair price.
I will be transferring my commercial insurance to this office as soon as it comes up for renewal as well.
