Lauren was super understanding to our needs and prefrences. She wasn't pushy like other stores. She also honored the boxing day price that was on when we first came in, even though we came in the following week when we made our final decision. When we came back Lauren and Sarah were super knowledgeable about the financing, warranty and made us feel comfortable that we were making a good investment with a quality product without breaking the bank.

Lauren and the staff at Ashley Furniture Fort McMurray went well above and beyond for the buying experience of my loveseat and chair.

There was a slight problem (the chair wasn’t ordered correctly and therefore there was no chair for me when the delivery date came) but Lauren’s customer service skills are outstanding. She upgraded the chair for me and discounted the price and it was delivered to me in 3 days. I am a very very happy customer!!

The delivery men also need a shout out. They were on time, respectful, kind, helpful and efficient.

Ashley furniture store is quite big for us. They have variety of collection including bedding, living room, kitchen, indoor and outdoor furniture. All are very good quality and very expensive for me. Store is nicely decorated with furniture and accessories. I love the store and can spend hours to see it. But I did not buy anything. All looks expensive for me. Staffs are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They can add affordable price products.
There are parking available for customers.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience today at Ashley Furniture, we were greeted with a warm welcome, felt no pressure to purchase and were given all the details on sales and promotions. We left with a new sectional and art work for our home. Items were to be delivered to our home the next day. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back to make more home improvements

Ashley has lots of options which is good, i was hard to choose since there were a lot of good items. Staff was very friendly Allison assisted us and answered all our queries. We ended up buying our matress, box spring and bed frame. It was a good deal.
