Amazing store, really cheap, and the staff are lovely and very helpful. Only issue is that it's almost impossible to find the bathrooms, there's no sign. Other than that it's the best place for shopping when you need cheap and good quality food. Definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the easy access, layout and brightness of the store. The produce section was arranged nicely and clean. The store is well lit and clean. There is a pharmacy in this location so this is one of the larger No Frills around. There is the option of self checkout or full service. There is ample parking with a liquor store and gas station right next to the store. Overall my wife and I enjoyed this store and would recommend coming here.

Rolling eyes at a customer is rude and management needs to talk to the young cashiers about customer service. Today I was inquiring about the stamps program in self checkout and the girl would not believe me that I had gotten physical stamps at their self checkout. When I said I've gotten them here before, all she said was they are free and kept pointing the screen. That doesn't answer my question, but regardless, turning your face away and thinking I can't see you roll your eyes at me is very uncalled for. I guess I will stop supporting local and do my shopping in edmonton. Very rude and uncalled for.

I don’t normally do this but my mother went into Fort Sask no frills today and was treated with absolute and utter disrespect. I work in retail myself and there is a set standard and practice on how we treat our customers.

As my mother first entered the building there were absolutely no carts. She proceeded to continue her errands even though she had to grab quite a few things. She struggled but managed to get her items to the till. When she was at checkout she proceeded to ask the older woman working the till at 11am-12pm on November 26th/2024 if she could get a cart because her items were heavy. The women refused. My mom already struggling with carrying her grocery’s attempts to pay with American Express unaware that no frills does not accept American Express. She was unable to pay and take her things because of that. She was okay with this as she could just run over to Walmart where they do have carts available, if no carts are available the employees will happily assist you and bring you a cart.

As my mom was unable to pay she proceeded to leave, the older woman working the till completely lost her cool and snapped at my mother. Saying “are you kidding me?”.

I think management should terminate this women’s position, if you can’t keep it professional this is not the job for you.

As I said before I work retail. Your job is to assist the customer. Please just do your job. Everyone’s struggling enough we don’t need the extra bs.

Family and friends will no longer be supporting this store. If we need anything from a no frills we would rather leave town and go into a different one that is better managed and doesn’t employ people like this.

Limited selection of product that is generally the same price as, if not higher than Stupidstore. I only will shop here if I cannot justify driving further into town to visit a Stupidstore or I don't want to deal with the Walmartians next door.

If you buy produce here, be sure you are consuming it the same day. Almost every piece of vegetable/fruit I buy here rots within 24 hours. I would not be surprised if it was leftover produce sent from other Superstores on the verge of expiry.

The sales also suck now. There is nothing of any real value compared to any other grocery chain. I would be embarrassed if I were any part of management here.

Multiple employees smells horrible, very strong and offensive smell. I was 2-3 aisles away and I can still smell it. It's very hard to breathe, especially on the produce area. Hopefully you can ask them to tone down the horrible smells cologne or whatever it is they are wearing. Actually, ask them to dial it down by a lot.
