I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fairstone. The branch manager (Tracy) demonstrated a lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills. Communication was unclear and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and confused about the loan process. Additionally, the manager seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and failed to follow up as promised.

My loan was payed in Jan . I had a small one last payment for Feb 1 and it was completely DONE . I made sure to call 2 locations in Jan to confirm amount for Feb final and had the $ in the bank . They took a FULL payment that was returned resulting in NSF . I printed bank statements , went to the office , called MULTIPLE times with absolutly NO RESOLUTION ! You can only imagine my surprise when March 1 they took ANOTHER FULL payment 🙁 WORST LOAN COMPANY EVER ! Take advantage of people in need. Yes my bad to have needed them in the first place at 40% intrest , but I NEVER missed a payment in 2 years and was soooo happy to be done .....yet it still goes on and on .STAY AWAY from these CROOKS

Yes they are a high risk and interest loan company, however, if you want excellent and personal service go to these people. Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and ask for Simron. My husband Bill agrees.
