Lhotel propre et le personel aceuillant. La chambre in peu petite pour une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants mais cela cest bien desoler! Jaimerais bien des chambre avec des lits superpower.

Staff and location were great however. Rooms are awful. Can feel every spring in the bed the pillows are not full size pillows more small square pillows full of lumps and our room clearly had not been cleaned. Shaving foam on the wall in the bathroom when we came in etc. room was incredibly hot even though we kept turning the heat off it wouldn’t go lower then 23. only stayed one night thankfully because all I could handle with the bed.

Nice big rooms I would have 5 stared it but the big disappointment was the pool (only reason we stayed there) it was winter and the pool room was so cold it was impossible to enjoy and the ice around the door. The staff knew it was cold in there to as they did warn us when we grabbed towels. If it wasn't possible to make the room warmer they should have at least tried to make the water warmer. I will definitely try and go again in the summer ☀️

We booked this hotel through booking.com. We went there for a concert at a nearby venue and decided to make a weekend out of it with hopes to have a relaxing vacation. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was very rude and seemed to have an issue with our booking through a third party. Once we got to the room, we did find it spacious and the beds fairly comfortable. The pillows though were horrible, lumpy and small. The toilet paper was thin and rough. The hotel was overrun with children who were running wild and making a lot of noise all hours of the day and night. They were playing hockey in the hallways and running and yelling in the hallways at all hours well past midnight. The staff did little to address this when we complained. It was extremely frustrating and not at all relaxing, which was the goal in staying there for the weekend. We could not enjoy the pool and hot tub as it was full of screaming children at all times. Not sure where the parents were and why they did not control their children better. As a parent, I would never have allowed my children to behave in that way to disrupt all of the other guests and it was very disappointing that the hotel staff could not address it effectively. We were not the only guests who were very upset and brought this up to management, with no resolutions, only saying there wasn't anything they could do. Would never stay here again.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Fort Saskatchewan! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The star of my visit was undoubtedly Ashmeet, whose exceptional service and genuine kindness made my experience truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable, answering all my questions with a smile and accommodating every request with ease.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. It's clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are a top priority at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to enjoy a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.

One of the highlights for me was the water slide and pool area! It’s a perfect spot for families or anyone looking to unwind and have some fun. The water slide added an extra element of joy to my stay, and the pool area was impeccably maintained.

The overall atmosphere of the Comfort Inn & Suites exudes warmth and hospitality. From the friendly staff to the well-maintained amenities, everything about this hotel made me feel right at home.

If you’re visiting Fort Saskatchewan, I cannot recommend Comfort Inn & Suites enough. Be sure to say hello to Ashmeet – she’s truly a gem and a credit to this fantastic hotel! I can’t wait to return.

Checkin was easy, they do require a $300 deposit but get you to sign a paper that says a $250 deposit so maybe they should change that. The hotel seems poorly lit, it’s quite dark all around and I noticed some lights weren’t working at all. When in the room I noticed the furniture was broken, the showerhead needed a good clean and the toilet was previously plugged and wasn’t fully clean. The pool was fun, the breakfast ran out fast due to so many guests getting the breakfast. There was some stains on the bedding as well. I think if anything I would go back for the waterslide but other than that I would go to a different hotel instead.
The hotel was very kid friendly as well as the place was full of kids running around everywhere, so if you want to bring your kids somewhere this would be the place to go.
