Great customer service!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful - they genuinely care about your stay. It is a pet friendly hotel. They also offer smoking rooms (I know, not for everyone, but as a smoker, this is a rarity these days and nice in winter). Free breakfast included hot options like scrambled eggs and sausages. The pool and hot tub were great to play in. I would highly recommend staying here if you're stopping in Fort Saskatchewan.

The friendliness of the staff was second to none. It is so incredibly refreshing to see a family running a business, and running it well. Also, my hearing sucks, and the attendant at the desk made excellent eye contact and spoke so clearly. People with good hearing have no idea how important that is. I hope she sees this review.

This is the first review i have ever left for anywhere, that being said I would like to share how great our stay has been here at Super 8 in Fort Saskatchewan we were treated like family from their Simi down to her staff. they go above and beyond and genuinely care about each of their guest. Very clean rooms, very good breakfast served from 5 to 9am. we have been here for over a month now and are so thankful we ended up here. I could go on and on for hours about how great this super 8 is but for now.

superb experienced here!
I do business/personal pleasures and I never had any issues at all.
The staff are very accommodating,pleasant and rooms are always cleaned.
nice coffee and breakfast service,pools and gym are also one to admire of.fairly decent and clean all the time.
favourite part is when I do for work bookings they always try to give me the rooms that are quite areas so I can sleep properly and not be disturbed with all the noise in the hallway.
Also meet the owner and she’s very nice lady,She gaveme all the points that I have acquired that I have no clue ot interest before.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was great and has lots of options, also love that egg selection is different every day! Pool is nice and warm and has colourful lights that the kids loved. Will definitely be back here next time we are in the area.

Hotel is in a good location, Ricky's restaurant is attached to it and the food was good. The hotel is dated and showing. There were sketchy partons in the lobby a few times, with having a run in with one which didn't give me good feelings about the place. Our first room smelled horrible, the staff at the front was great and helped us find a new room. It did take three rooms to finally find one that kind of worked. The room we finally got had enough beds that we booked but didn't have a kitchen. Beds were firm but comfortable. Continental breakfast was okay and has a decent amount of choices.
