Went to get a washing machine (little emergency.) Everything online says the Goderich store closes at 7...the store sign says 5:00...we are now forced to drive around with our toddler in hopes of finding a new washer because you can't post accurate hours. Not cool guys...

From start to finish, overall experience was one of the best shopping experience. Angela went above and beyond finding exactly what I needed. Jenn, customer service was great with follow up and the delivery guys were very efficient. Will definitely shop there again for all my furniture needs.

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with my recent purchase experience with The Brick in Goderich Ontario. The Sales Representative Brian was very helpful, efficient and nice to deal with. Delivery was on time and conducted quickly and carefully by two of the most courteous and pleasant employees, Tom and Hayden. I also recently called the store with an unrelated query and Jen was friendly and extremely well informed. Lastly, I was also happy with what I paid and felt it was great value for the cost.
