Great experience working with Mondo to replace our secondary furnace. Matt patiently walked me through the decision-making process. I compared across several companies and Mondo's pricing is very competitive, but they also provided me with more options and didn't try to push any unnecessary extras. Vince, Brody, and Kayden did a professional job with the install. They were polite, kept things clean, didn't rush, and took the time to answer all of my questions.

There are 790 5 star reviews for a reason. My first experience with Mondo was in 2023. My townhouse was rented as an Airbnb. Luckily, I had a great guest that let me know the hot water tank was leaking, and there wasn't any hot water. I knew a replacement was overdue.

From the moment I called Matt to full replacement and removal, including upgrading the vents to code. This took only 4 hours... four hours!!! On a weekend too. The guest was beyond impressed with their professionalism and energetic vibe.

From furnace repairs, leaks, hot water tanks, you name it, they do it. Thank you, Mondo, for always being available, going above and beyond. Your efforts and on call availability do not go unnoticed. Here's to many more years of service from Mondo.

Professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with when installing new toilets. The Mondo crew Larry and Jake worked quietly and quickly to get the job done and took time to check all the details along the way. They left the bathroom clean and there was no evidence they were here except the new install.
Mondo has been exceptional for the past 6 months they have been working with us to upgrade condo..
Vince was also most helpful when replacing the fan coils.

After a poor experience with another HVAC company for a bathroom fan/ducting install, I was overjoyed with my experience with Mondo Mechanical. Mondo Mechanical came to replace my hot water tank, Larry and Jake arrived promptly at the time they said they would, the tank was installed within an hour and they were very respectful and clean while they were working. I asked if they could have a look at my furnace while they were there and they said no problem and gave me a write up of their findings and said furnace was good. Very courteous and informative. I highly recommend Mondo Mechanical and will be using them for any future needs!

Excellent experience all the way through the process - we highly recommend Mondo!
This was our first time using the company, but we'll be calling them again because we were so impressed with their work, professionalism, and reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with.
We needed to improve the airflow in our basement and Mondo was recommended to us by a trusted source. Matt came by to see what was required, gave us some great suggestions and a very fair quote, then scheduled a time and date that worked for us. When Vince arrived to do the work, he was fast, efficient, did an outstanding job, and even managed to bring it in under the quote - always a big plus in our book!

We have been using Mondo Mechanical for the last 7 years and can’t say enough about how impressed we are with their level of service we have received from them. We have used their staff for replacing both of our furnaces, installing our AC as well as several renovation projects needing plumbing work like redoing our Master’s ensuite. Staff like Candace who always makes us feel like our problems will be looked after in a very timely fashion, and their journeyman staff like Vince and Daryl that are so professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Sometimes people hold back from referring trades to family members and close friends because they don’t want any awkwardness if something is not done right. Well, not with Matt and his team: they looked after some of our family members as well as some of our friends who are seniors, widowers and single mothers with such ease and professionalism… we never worry about those awkward moments because we know they always get the job done the right way! We’re very thankful for their team and very proud of using their services.
