Must say I’m extremely impressed with the selection of products here. I went in today to buy a few things to put in a new terrarium. They have a a whole section dedicated to reptiles. From rocks, lights, bedding, food they have so many choices. The staff were helpful and friendly too. I will definitely be back here to purchase more items in the future. Near the back they have baby chameleons in a terrarium that are really cute!

Bought a lion head goldfish from there a few weeks ago and he died instantly in our goldfish tank with a filter … we went back to the store a week later and all their lion head goldfish were gone i’m assuming they died because our goldfish later on got a disease and now are dying and bleeding out…to mention we have had our gold since last summer no issue. We also have had many issues with this particular store too .. i will not be shopping here anymore due to lack of knowledge and safety for other animals . i am very upset that my fish is dying because of some fish that was so called perfectly fine for our goldfish.

Lumpy enjoys all his crickets and horn worms from here. The people are so friendly and always greet you with a smile, courtesy also... The best place for all your fury and scaley friends... Lumpy too.

If I could rate no stars I would. I drove from Kincardine to Goderich to buy fish as it’s one of the closest places only to get there and have the worst costumer service from the employees working. I went specifically for fish/snails and the employees made up various excuses on why they couldn’t sell fish telling me to come back another day. They told me the fish had been messed with and the net had been in the tank to much that day, that I can just come back in the morning and they just aren’t for sale today but they will be tomorrow and various other things. My question is how many times can the net go in before its to many times as there must be a number?
Very disappointed to drive 45 minutes give or take to have terrible costumer service.

Couldn't of been more happy to see this location has fish! And so close to where I live (clinton). Was in Thursday evening and the girl that worked there was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help I like my snails and new plant. See you soon.
