We were there today around 2pm to get our teen daughter a jersey.. we bought her 5 jerseys here for the past 2 months.. she started collecting jersey since 1st week of January this year.. she plays basketball and we promise to get her another one today (its supposed to be her 6th jersey from This store).. my daughter asked me if she can check the Michael Jordan jersey, so I asked the lady if she can help us take the jersey down so we can check it out.. but she was not friendly at all. Instead she told us “ you wanna know the price range of the jersey first before asking me to get it for you”.. Then she told us the price and asked “ you still wanna buy it? Coz im not getting it down if you’re not”. Hubby and I laughed and reacted “surprised” about the price compared to the other jerseys.. she didn’t even bother to wait for us to decide and talk to our daughter. She said “that’s what I thought” . Then she left us like we really cant afford to buy it.. our daughter was very dissapointed on how you treated us and asked why cant you let us take a look on the jersey ? we had the funds for her jersey. we felt like we were being judged the way we look. hubby left insulted.
The kids and I followed their dad outside the store. Then I went back to the store to tell the lady that it wasn’t our first time there and in fact we bought 5 jerseys from them and a hockey jersey just this year (2 months) . I mentioned the way she treated us was very rude and insulting.. we went home and just ordered the jersey online.. we will never go back to this store anymore.. If we can just return all the jerseys (5 basketball and 1 hockey jersey and a hats) we bought from them since January to february this year we will return them. (yes in two months we bought 5 basketball and a hockey jersey and a hats)!!

A piece of advice Lady, never judge a person by their looks or skin color! Learn to use your words!! Very rude and racist!!!

Went into make a hat that had made severel times and was told that we were not allowed. The manager needs to learn how to speak to custmers never have i had such horrible custmer service.

Middle of afternoon on a Friday n no one working, someone was inside but doors closed , I watched at least a dozen people go up to the doors in 10 minutes n walk away...ridiculous
