Got my mom into a Sorento X-pro and she loves it! Went from an X5 to that and has nothing but amazing things to say. Came in signed paperwork and left with the car 10/10

Don't add on 3M here. They scratched the paint all over my brand-new '24 (on the sides and roof of the vehicle—a ton of scratching). I had to have the 3M redone twice before the job was done correctly. (Exclusive Detail ended up fixing the other shop's job; I fully recommend Exclusive.)

The salesperson lied and said they'd provide paint protection after the dealership buffed/polished it, but then they wouldn't honor it and never did, so the brand-new clear coat that someone scratched is no longer new. The cheap paint protection would have just been a nice thing in an otherwise negative situation.

The added "winter" floor mats are cheap garbage.

The Kia Forte '24 drives nicely so far and has great fuel economy. The manager was easy to deal with when I was having the 3M issues.

All in all, it was a pretty big headache, and I'll more than likely go elsewhere for my next vehicle.

Had been shopping for a specific vehicle for a couple of weeks in our area and then I found a possible match in Cold Lake, about three hours from home. I reached out and Spencer, one of the managers, responded promptly. Before making the drive, I wanted to be sure and Spencer took the time to answer all my questions. He emailed me the complete service history, inspection reports and more. He then took a detailed "walk around" video so we wouldn't be surprised or disappointed. Confident, we ventured out.
When we arrived, the car was clean and ready to go. We were introduced to Ester, who was going to be our sales associate. We were very impressed with the vehicle. We were equally impressed with the Ester and other staff, and we felt confident and comfortable doing business here. The purchase process went smoothly and they were very thorough with the business side of the transaction. I have been buying cars for 40 years and have gone out of my way to avoid dealerships, but I would definitely make the three hour drive back to Cold Lake Kia to purchase a vehicle.

Super happy with my experience at Kia Cold Lake!!

Kayla did everything in her power to make my experience with Kia outstanding! Even though my vehicle was ordered and it was a bit of a wait to get it in, I was updated every step of the way! I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage X-Line, and she was super informative and really helped getting me comfortable with my new SUV. As this was my first financed vehicle, both Kayla and Kaitlyn did whatever they could to get me into my new ride & I still couldn't be happier! 10/10 recommend❤️
