Returned items to this store and salesjerk said there would be a restocking fee. I simply asked for refund and I would be getting the actual part from a dealership. This lead to an argument and he wouldn't refund my money and I was told to leave. I don't recommend this store to anyone but the good ppl in Bonnyville Napa helped me with my refund, plus I got some parts from them as well. I will be contacting Napa Canada regarding this situation. Update Oct. 8/24, I still don't recommend this store, Still can't believe Jerk wouldn't give me my money!

Probably the only NAPA ill ever give a 5 star rating to.
The staff are EXTREMELY helpful, working through part compatibility issues. Availability is mixed their warehouse is in Edmonton so they might not have what you need same day. But thats small town things, cant hold it against them.
Only suggestion, remember to update your hours on maps when your not going to be open.

These workers really saved me; we were missing some parts on a complicated machine, making it unusable... I didn't even know the names of these parts. So I took photos, and purely from the photos they were able to confidently realize what was needed. The next day after their research, they were able to offer a quote. Thanks to the dedication and experience of these workers, our machine will once again function as intended. My intense gratitude to these excellent workers.

Went in asking for a product. Seller opened the product to show me after checking his system for the right piece. Product ended up being the wrong product and they wouldn't take a return( 2 days later ) because the product was opened and apperebtly we told them we needed the wrong thing. Wouldn't let us speak to the original sales manager who sold us the product. Very upsetting after being guaranteed it was the right product.

Poor overall. They'll sell you the wrong part, tell you to try it and just bring it back if it is the wrong part then charge you a 20% restocking fee when you take the part back, which they fail to mention at any time prior to purchase nor were any signs visible to this"policy".
