This is hands down the worst mechanic shop in town, especially if you're a traveler passing through. They’re nothing but money-hungry scammers looking to take advantage of people who are in a bind. I stopped here while on a road trip, and it was the worst mistake I could’ve made.

They claimed I needed extensive repairs that turned out to be completely unnecessary. After charging me $1,600 for “fixes,” my truck broke down again just 20 minutes out of town. Turns out, after getting a second opinion, they barely did anything but pad the bill with bogus charges.

If you need reliable service, do yourself a favor and go to Kal Tire or literally any other shop in town. They’ll treat you with respect and actually fix your vehicle without draining your wallet. Avoid this place at all costs! Don’t let them scam you like they did me.

Terrible experience with this mechanic shop. The staff were unprofessional and seemed more interested in making money than actually fixing the problem. They kept my vehicle longer than promised, overcharged for unnecessary repairs, and didn’t even fix the issue properly.

Communication was awful—I had to keep calling to get updates, and when I finally picked up my car, it felt like nothing had changed. Had to take it to another shop to fix what they didn’t.

Save your time, money, and frustration by going somewhere else. This place is not worth it.

Not a great experience here. They overcharged, took way longer than expected, and still didn’t fix the problem. Honestly, it felt like they were guessing what was wrong instead of actually diagnosing it. Had to go to another shop afterward to get it sorted out. Wouldn’t recommend.

Was travelling through town and my oil light went on. I was highly stressed. Stopped at Grande Cache AutoBahn in the middle of the afternoon. Josh and Simantha went out of their way to help me out and make sure I was able to get to Grande Prairie. Really made a stressful day much easier. Highly recommend Grande Cache AutoBahn anytime you need good service. A+++

Fan belt broke on bend into town. We had oil pouring out the front end. These guys pushed us ahead to help get us on the road so we would make it home safe. They even gave us a discount on the labour. Communication was very good and the mechanic himself Justin or Dustin I think actually took him to talk to me and try everything possible to help us in a pinch.

I was stranded at work with a dead battery. Justin drove down to help me out. Turns out this shop employs real mechanics with work experience at various dealerships. I was happy to find out that Justin worked at Mazda before and knew a lot about my car issue. Their prices are fair and it's a pleasure to deal with these guys. Glad there are options in GC now 👍🏻

This new business to our community was so greatly needed. I was able to get my vehicle repaired quickly. Payments were very fair, less than the Ford dealership in Hinton. Repairs were excellent. Management and staff treated us with much kindness and care with some of the difficulties our family is dealing with. James, the manager and his lovely wife sourced out the lowest cost online for parts. I highly reccommend this new business! Job well done! Welcome to our community!!!
