Cazzandra who is the Manager at the Goderich site and Ana who is a store representative couldn't be more helpful today. I had switched my phone service from Rogers/Fido to Freedom Mobile yesterday at 3 pm...... It turns out living in Bayfield means one has coverage BUT according to Freedom Mobile within two months my plan would have been terminated. This is because Freedom Mobile's own, wholly owned network doesn't extend to Bayfield and I would be using costly subcontracted networks (very disappointing that FM manager didn't point this out) ..... I needed to get my old plan back and they spent 45 minutes assisting me in getting my old number and Fido phone service back up and active. They made sure that the phone service was up and working prior to my leaving the store. Very knowledgeable, caring and professional. Thanks ladies.

Was beside myself with Telus had them for four days and they were going to shut me off which meant I would loose my number and it was extremely important to keep it. I came into Roger’s right before closing and Cazz saved the day not only did she save my number but got me a brand new phone which I dident think I would qualify for. She has gone above and beyond every visit and I couldn't be more pleased with the positive interactions here and the friendly atmosphere.

I've went in 3 times in 3 days. Every time the door is locked and we had to wait for them to open it, sometimes quit awhile. What's that about? So within those 3 visits, I was trying to buy a phone but twice the guy was too busy to attend to us, the 3 Rd time the lady met us at the door saying sorry she needs to be somewhere so closing early...pretty difficult to get a new phone thru Rogers in Goderich. My opinion

Cass at your Goderich store is simple amazing! After months of back and forth, dropped calls, calls not even ringing thru, wifi at home ok then not switching to data when leaving the house, having to shut it down everytime... as well as talking to tech support on the phone in TO...need I go on and on... she tried everything and nothing worked... I obviously got a lemon, my frustration was overboard and needed another cell, she switched everything over and no more issues!! You are the best!

Came into Rogers goderich today to do a hardware upgrade , Cazzandra was very helpful and informative and I left with all my information and a fully protected device. Thanks cazz! I’ll be coming back to you for sure.

Went to Goderich Rodgers to get new phone cazzandra help me in under and hour pick the right phone and plan and even helped me pick up some accessories for my new Google pixel, she made it very hassle free, and there is nothing better then having a person you can actually talk to about problems or even setting up a plan very highly recommend thanks

I don't normally give one star ratings. I have had issues for three months now with over charges because they continue to get the deal they offered me wrong. Should have known better when they took 2 days to get in touch with their own company.
