Beware...Nissan in Timmins is a joke and a huge rip off!!! NEVER purchase/lease/trade a vehicle there. Traded in my 2024 Jeep Compass. Sold me a lemon! 2019 Nissan Kicks. Definitely could have gotten a better and more decent vehicle out of my Jeep trade elsewhere. I thought I was making the right decision when I shopped around because this one had low mileage. Its not fully loaded like he mentioned, only powered thing in here is the windows which the panel stretches when you roll the windows up and down i might add. Not all wheel drive its front wheel. No winter tires. I didn't get to test drive before the deal was done (which was stupid on my part yes I'm aware) it was in the garage ready to go already certified. He was in a rush trying to get the ownership for the Jeep. I went and took his word over text and pictures. Which are not always as they seem knowing what i know now. Half a tank of gas which was supposed to be a full tank and told me there was 2 Canadian Tire gift cards for 50$ I just looked now, theres only 1 gift card, dent on the side door which he forgot to mention, not worth 20K as it states in the papers. I got it appraised at the Toyota dealership and it's only worth 15k, battery for BOTH key fobs is going to die. I'm not one to complain, but this trade was supposed to help me pay for my wedding and I honestly thought I was going to get a decent vehicle out of it. Considering I paid 50K for my brand new Jeep. I didn't get what I thought i would for the trade in. Worst mistake ever. Lesson learned i guess cant do anything about it now. I went back and pleaded with them for my Jeep back after only 10 minutes of having this thing and told him i didn't like it and it's not ideal for me or my family and it's not what he promised me. But no budging him.
FYI his name is Mark. Sleazy salesman. Hope he enjoys the commission he's getting from my Jeep. Now i have to spend my wedding budget to try find something better.

I had my car fixed here after an accident where I was side swiped by a truck. My insurance had recommended Nissan body shop so I had agreed. After waiting 25 days for a repair quoted for 8 days they finally called me and said it was ready to go. I inspected the vehicle right after arrival and due to several paint chips, over spray on the back bumper and areas that hadn’t been painted at all I refused to take my vehicle back. Also on the quote was the estimate to repair/repaint the door handle and gas cap which both were overlooked and not completed. They then agreed to repair the mistakes and had apologized to me for wasting 5 hours of my day and my gas for 400+kms.
After another week of waiting they had finally “fixed” their mistakes. Upon inspection it appeared to be decently fixed but the paint looks to be on the cheaper end of quality.
All in all, I will never return to Nissan for any future repair work or maintenance and recommend everyone to do the same.
