I am thoroughly enjoying my purchases from Lousje and Bean - love the quality and diversity of the clothing and jewellery lines. Although I live on the west coast I have become a die hard fan of L&B. They have the best selection of all the brands and I love that they model the product and tell us what size they are wearing and whether to size up or down. I discovered Lousje & Bean Boutique on-line in December and have already purchased a few wardrobe staples from their L&B line and other brands. They offer top-notch quality, excellent customer service, fair pricing, and fun and helpful videos that feature Lousje and Tessa styling their products and sharing lovely details about their lives. L&B Boutique has something really special going on that's rare to find these days. I hope to visit in person in 2025. I will be buying more!

I went in the store excited looking to buy something for New Year’s Eve to wear nice and I was wearing my work clothes so I didn’t look fancy and I was treated terribly. The lady in the store really didn’t come to serve me. She just stared at me, when I started asking you know about this and that She just said No,we would not have anything here for you. There will be nothing here that would suit you. she assumed I couldn’t afford anything in there when I really was prepared to spend a large amount of money for my New Year’s outfit. another customer came in the store and she went right over to them. They were of course not dressed like they just left work and she treated them so politely and kindly. Even upon leaving because I just gave up I still was friendly and said you know goodbye thank you and you know she would not even look at me or speak to me. I felt insulted. I won’t be returning, which is a loss to that store. I did go out and spent a nice amount on a nice outfit somewhere else. That store lost a good customer

I love there videos they are informative funny and creat great outfits . Mother daughter have great bond and there taste is magnificent. . You come out of there store full outfit just need footwear to add to it .
