You need to try the jams. Go for the jams. If you find a little booth along the way to Niagara with this name on it, stop and get some jam and thank me later.

Stopped in on the weekend to buy 2 pecks of Freestone peaches to enjoy and can.

They were advertised as juicy but were actually dry, mealy and hard to skin after a quick blanch

Usually good Freestone peaches need to be eaten over the sink to catch the juice.

Not in this case.

The plums were great but the peaches definitely not.

Won't be stopping at this stand next year. Will be going up the street where we had better luck in the past.

Awesome fruit market, the peaches will remind you of how peaches are actually supposed to taste! I also grabbed a basket of Concord grapes, absolutely delicious! The prices are very reasonable here as well, highly recommended.

We bought a basket of peaches that were overpriced (compared to other stands in the local area), and we found two of the peaches in the basket spoiled after purchase.

Before I bought the basket (with my sister-in-law visiting from Alberta), she checked the condition of the peaches by touching a few. The attendant at the stand yelled to not touch the fruit. While I completely understand that touching the fruit can damage it. He could've used a friendly tone rather than talking down to us.

I wanted to fully visually inspect the basket for any spoiled peaches before buying because I wanted our family visiting from Alberta to taste wonderful Ontario peaches in-season. The attendant dismissed our concerns and guaranteed that all their peaches are freshly picked daily and in excellent condition.

I believed him but later at our family picnic we threw out the two rotten peaches and another that just looked disgusting. Based on our experience, I would recommend that you consider buying peaches elsewhere.

Got some excellent beets, hot peppers, spaghetti squash, and peaches here. People working the stand were friendly and engaging.

great people - been coming here all the way from Toronto for their fresh veggies, fruits but especially for their butter tarts, which have always been amazing. Except this time they had much less filling in them even though they were more expensive than before. I understand inflation but I would have preferred they keep the original recipe and increase the price accordingly, as they were previously worth the drive. Hopefully they'll revert back.

If you want original honey , this is the best place to get it . They have a pure honey and you can find honey with many flavours, such as orang and lemon
