I am so happy with the package of clothes the two workers found for me on April. 21st. Not only was it well priced, they were so kind and patient with me as I shopped for two hours finding the outfits my daughter needed. They took the time to explain all the little details I needed to have to make her comfortable and have the right fit. Thank you Tessa and Emily for the great smiling kindness you showed me. God bless you both.

We drove 50 minutes to get fitted at the Sudbury location. We were told at 5:15pm that we could not be served as “there were too many people ahead of us and the store would not close on time. Please come back tomorrow.” People ahead of us took time off work like I did. This policy is absurd. If you can’t accommodate people in a timely fashion; then adopt a booking system or have more staff as this is a busy time of year.

Am so surprise by the attitude of one of the staff of this McCarthy Uniforms on 1955 LaSalle Boulevard, at approximately around 5pm today 1st of September 2020,myself wife and my daughter who's a student were in the store, on getting there I was told two people are allowed at a time in the store then I move out to stay in my car after shopping am to come in and pay and I ask my wife to step out and stay in the car while I was inside the store a family of four where ask to come in, then I ask the store attendant why, you ask me to stay out of the store but you allow another family of four to come in that's not fair on my part, she called me all sought of names call me crazy threaten to call police on me and really aggressive, l have to leave when I see that she's so uncontrollable. I was treated so bad and that might be my last time of visiting the store.

My daughter bought some uniform items from the Sudbury store. My daughter asked for a pair of size 6 socks and the staff member returned with a size 9 to 11 when my daughter told the staff member that they were the wrong sized socks she was told that they would be fine. My daughter returned to the store today to exchange her brand new unopened socks and the staff told her that they were final sale and that she would have to buy another pair. When she asked for another pair of size 6 the staff member returned with a size 7 to 8.5 sock and once again my daughter told the girl that they were the wrong size and once again my daughter was told she would be fine. Two visits to the store and twice my daughter is handed the wrong size sock and told that she will be fine. Then to put the icing on the cake for this visit one staff member says to my daughter that if she wanted to get her money back for the socks she could sell the on Kijiji. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a person that offered the customer that should be offered in the store. At this point the they are looking in to giving my daughter a refund.

Their sizing is awful. Little sister is a size 7 in pants at most stores but requires XL pants to be comfortable here. L shirt felt like a small. How is that appropriate for young kids?

I do find the clothing to be of high quality but this is a perfect example of a business that needs to re-evaluate their level of customer service. I purchased my daughter's uniform on July 20th and here we are on September 15th and I'm still waiting for a backordered item. The only way to contact the company is by phone and the wait is tremendous. There is no phone number for the local store. If only they had email I could follow up that way and save myself the headache of waiting on the phone. They are making it much more appealing to buy basic pieces at Old Navy and the like.
