Ils n’ont pas beaucoup de choix mais c’est quand même bien

I was go with my friend to chose gift for his wife birthday. When we reached the store was busy, and the staff give the book for the customer to check the style. When one staff got free I was asking help and she ask me to keep in line need to serve the other customer who came before me, that is understandable. Than we start checking the book, suddenly one of the staff just pick the book from my hand without ask, I ask why you do that and she response you are not allow to see that, at the same time there have one more same book on her other side and she just pick it from me so rude. After few minutes, one staff got free and I ask help again, but she ignored us and service the customer who just walk in the shop, finally only one busy with the order to come help after.

So disappointed and bad customer service, how rude they are doing in the store. And if the book is not allow for the customer, why they give it to other customer and not keep it hidden. Never go back again with this store.

Made an account with this store when buying my partner a present because of warranty registry, and was told by staff member that I wouldn't recieve email advertisments and updates, and since then I have been getting spamed with promitions and advertisments from Pandora.

Terrible customer service skills and rasist there. They insulted me on my skin color when I was picking out a ring, and I bought a care kit only to realize when I got home the brush was missing from the kit, as I went to return the kit the sales person tried to pick a fight with me trying to resell the care kit to me when I clearly said I did not want it anymore. As a first time experience shopping there, it was horrible and I don't think I will ever be shopping at Pandora again. If I could give 0 stars on this review I would.

Kind of disappointed with Pandora on this one. I ordered a ring and one of the diamonds fell out (which happens). I then got a replacement right away but it came back the wrong size from the warehouse. I then waited 6 MONTHS, for the new ring and had to call every month to see if it was ready yet. I never received a call so i showed up to the store one day and they had the ring in stock… Very very disappointing.

Bought a necklace and asked if it could be returned to the Toronto location. Associate told me there was no issue, when I went to return it (I live in toronto) they wouldn’t accept it. Associates seem like they don’t know what they’re talking about.
