Visited on 31st December just to randomly check out the store and ending up buying two pairs of shoe and a bag. The discount was awesome and the sales associate Mohammad was very helpful and guided us to get the right deals. Thanks to him and had a lovely experience.

Terrible customer service in my opinion. I made a purchase few days ago and I noticed an issue with one of the products and went back to the store to change it for same product. However I was told that “maybe” I damaged it and could be trying to change it.

I felt extremely disrespected. They did not do anything to assist. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Super unsupportive and confused staff. Borderline rasist! I got an track suit for my wife, top and bottom but unfortunately the size wasn't right. We stay far from Vaughan Mills by the time I got that for returns, it was apparently over the time allowed. The cashier firstly said I can exchange it for anything same price. Then later she came back saying I cannot even exchange it now without giving any reason at all. It was not just that my stuff was not taken back but also I felt incredibly uncomfortable and felt I was ganged up upon by 3 members of staff. Never will I go again to this store and recommend the same to my friends and family and staff as well..

Im a big fan of adidas brand, but this store is pretty small meaning their selection is very limited.

The workers were friendly, they all asked if i needed help with anything, but i dont think i needed every staff member to ask. 1 or 2 is fine.

The nike store in the same mall is busier, but i think its because they have a bigger shop and wider selection. Too bad because i really do like the adidas brand

Horrible service ran by teenagers who do not care!!!!!!!!!!!! The managers are not trained for customer service felt like I was given fake names. They seemed bothered to help me as they all stood in a group doing nothing lol go somewhere else
