Zero attention to client, Staff are waaaayyyy too busy to stop and attend to clients. There’s an older woman who passed by 3 clients including me who needed help. We all looked confused and even looked at each other. The Staff was holding merchandise walking pass us talking to her coworkers and complaining about the place being a mess that she needed to fold the long sleeve sweaters…. Looool.. there’s 60% off on fashion jewelry that’s way overpriced that eventually will tarnish. The fashion jewelry are on the same price range as the ones that doesn’t tarnish and a lot of those online. I wanted help but this location was too busy. I will not be back.

I had a great experience shopping at Banana Republic! The store was well-organized, and the selection was fantastic. Simin was incredibly helpful and made my visit even better with her friendly and knowledgeable service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Not sure why I had 5★ in the past, must've been generous.... Looking at things recently, the styles have gone down a bit. Prices have also gone up a bit.
Walking into this store, there were often a lot of BC clearance selection. Lately, I think due to the supply chain shortage, there's less and also less of a need to offer decent sales.
Staff continue to be helpful where possible. Store is clean and organized.

October 2020 5★ Always great prices for value and style. Worth coming again and again. Lots of different sizes including and a great selection of petites.

Matty was very helpful and went through alot of extra trouble helping me with sizing. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to styling and was very patient. He helped find me the perfect fit for my event and I’ll definitely be coming back !

A few weeks ago I had walked into the store and was greeted by Simon who was most helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise and had an excellent eye for detail. She assisted me in finding a very nice summer suit jacket and shorts for my interview which I was most satisfied with and it didn’t even need alterations!! Ellie was the change room attendant and just a lovely young lady who is enthusiastic, positive and helpful. The service at this store was bar none and I took the time to speak with the manager, Victoria, to commend her and her team for a most pleasant experience! I will be back in the fall for more shopping!!

Outlet store with current season items at regular price but the outlet items are discounted. During the weekdays the store is generally very clean and organized. Staff are attentive and helpful. They also have a petite section for women.
