Dress room Boutique is beyond a beautiful place to look for dresses! We entered and had been greeted by Maryanna with a warm smile. Her service went above and beyond. Maryanna was so personal-able and knew exactly what I was looking for. I found the most perfect dress. Maream the boutique owner was so professional. I took my niece dress shopping here for her prom dress and this one probably one of my worst retail experiences. For a young girl like my niece, this is a very important day. From the moment we walked in here - the experience was awful. The lady (who I can only assume was the store owner) was so rude to us and had zero patience or understanding. I was pretty shocked.. we decided it was best to leave and search somewhere we felt welcomed and no rushed.

I had the best experience here. the girls are so sweet Maryanna and Marialena are the sweetest girls ever. I came and they helped me so much I found my dream dress. My sister came to buy a dress last year and she found her dream dress. The owner maream was so nice and helped so much. I had the best experience here and will come back.

The owner is racist for many obvious reasons. My friend came here to shop for a prom dress. Upon arrival, the owner did not even acknowledge her existence. When she tried on a dress that was a different color than what she had in mind, the lady commented “why are u even trying it on then” and even began to give her body dirty looks. A few weeks after my friends visit, I decided to try it out. It is true, the workers don’t acknowledge your existence. However, when they found out we come from the same background as them, their mood changed and they started to interact with us. After purchasing my prom dress from here for $600, the sleeve ripped not even an hour into the event. The rip was so loud that it caught everyone’s attention which made me feel extremely embarrassed and ruined my entire night. When contacting the owner about the incident, she got extremely mad and started making disgusting and racist comments such as “i don’t know what type of god you believe in” or “your type of people expect things for free”. All we asked was to get the sleeve stitched back and this is the response we get in return. Absolutely disgusting and proved my friends point that the owner is RACIST. Do not come here, they just want your money.

While this store has a good selection of dresses, the service was absolutely disappointing. They only allow you to try on one dress at a time, which makes the experience frustrating and time-consuming since you have to keep redressing between each pick. On top of that, they have a strict “no photos” policy—normally understandable if they had all their dresses online, but they don’t. Their claim that everything is on Instagram is simply false, especially when it comes to available colors.

What made things worse was the inconsistency. The group next to us was allowed to take photos, yet we were told we couldn’t, with no explanation. The lack of fairness and customer care made the entire experience frustrating. I would never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable dress shopping experience..

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this boutique, the employees and OWNER are disrespectful and rude. I went in looking for a prom dress and didn’t find anything similar to what I was looking for, I was upset because I really wanted that dress / something with the same features. I showed a photo of the dress I wanted, I was well aware that the dress was discontinued and that I would not find that exact dress. However I knew what I was looking for, I knew what colour, silhouette and style I wanted. I voiced that I was set on the colour, style etc. and she kept repeating that she couldn’t help me because I was not opened minded. My friend went to Dressroom the next day and the owner began saying how she had a horrible day at work the day before due to a client. She proceeded to talk about this situation and the two of them put the pieces together figuring out she was speaking about ME. She as a business woman should not be talking about any of her customers to their other costumers regardless of the situation!!! She continued to openly say that I’m a “spoiled brat” and that it is my mothers fault and she did a poor job raising me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Very disappointing to hear the truth of how they speak about their customers. Not a place I’d wanna go🤷‍♀️

I recently purchased two stunning dresses from this boutique for my concert, and people haven’t stopped asking where I got them! The store offers an impressive selection of high-quality pieces, and I was truly blown away by what I found.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helped me find the perfect dresses, even altering them to fit my body flawlessly. It was evident on stage just how well they suited me.

I can't thank you enough for your kindness and attention to detail in making sure customers get exactly what they want.

I’ll definitely be returning soon to pick out more dresses for my next concert!
