Disappointed with My Hamper Basket Experience

I recently ordered a hamper basket, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the delivery was delayed, which led to the balloon included in the hamper arriving deflated. This was supposed to be a special gift, and the deflated balloon really took away from the presentation.

Additionally, the plush toy included was not the one advertised. I had specifically chosen this hamper for the plush, so receiving the wrong one was quite disappointing. Attached is image of what I received and what was shown on their website.

Overall, the combination of the delayed delivery and incorrect items made this a frustrating experience. I hope the company can improve their service in the future.

The receiver of the basket said it was very nice so I trust it was.
When I made the online order I selected a delivery date however it was delivered 3 days later. It should be made clear by My Baskets that delivery date is not determined by purchaser rather by them.

I ordered a last-minute basket for an event and to say I was impressed was an understatement. Not only did the basket arrive exactly as ordered, but it was delivered efficiently and allowed me to save the day for our team. A BIG thanks to My Baskets for coming through in the clutch for Hutch!

Great Canadian company! Good communication if you need help. Good quality baskets delivered on time. My friend can hardly wait to sample the treats on her birthday.

We ordered a $135 "basket" that had a red basket that said 'Merry Christmas and Happy New Year' the products were all arranged beautifully and covered with clear cellophane just like your typical basket. Nowhere on the website page for this basket did it say that the photo was only for illustration, as it must have been. We just received a tiny red box covered in cellophane. There is not 'basket'. This is deceptive marketing. Why wasn't the red box shown anywhere on the page so we'd know this is what we're actually receiving.

All the various baskets on their website have different bases so most people might select the basket based on the website photo. However, it doesn't matter, all you'll get is a red box and the website doesn't advise you about that.

If you order for gifts and send directly to your customer, you'll never know that all they received was a red box.

I do not recommend this website. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Ordered a gift wine basket for my son’s birthday. Basket was as shown, delivery was prompt and the service was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back again and again. Worth every penny. And oh my son was so pleased with that gift and thought it was really “beautiful”. Thanks so much for your good job!!!

I was very hesitant to order a sympathy basket online but I came across the perfect gift basket on My Baskets, so I went ahead and ordered.
The whole process was easy from start to finish and my basket was delivered promptly the next day.
Happy customer and Happy recipient!
(Price was a little high but that's the price you pay for convenience).
