Convenient location right off the highway. Ordered mobile and used personal 42oz Yeti mug. Came out perfect. Would recommend and would return. This location also has a drive-thru.

Stopped at Starbucks in Gravenhurst with my family they adore Starbucks. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Starbucks staff completely rude made simple drinks completely wrong when asked to redo or refund or told no they don’t do that.
The stock of Starbucks, a bad name, fair warning do not stop here you’ll be thoroughly let down I warning do not stop not worth the headache
I don’t think retraining will even help the staff

Update visit june 29:
Very friendly barristas.
Cold drink selection really tasty.

Update visted Jan 10. Bathrooms were emmaculate. They served a great pour over. The staff here are so friendly. Update. Still friendly. Efficient drivethrough.

When I go to Starbucks to buy a coffee, I expect to get what is on their menu. They never have dark roast and when I ordered that, they offered an Americano instead of a pour over. The person taking the order was rude and unaccommodating by the way she just looked away at an angle and not offer the stupid pour over. The lady that made the Americano was very nice, my complaint is directed at the tatooed woman at the till. The Starbucks brand is a farce. They don't sell what the have on their menu, staff are underpaid and driven off their feet to the point that good staff eventually leave, resulting in rude people who don't care (and like acting that way) as the front line of the company. CLOSE IT DOWN.

The staff was incredibly kind, offering us a free coffee for my fiancé’s birthday. After hearing about the celebration, they even provided another drink on the house. Highly recommend this as a pit stop on the way to Muskoka!

As soon as we walked in, the vibe was awful. We felt unwelcome because the baristas were rolling their eyes when we walked in and when we were ordering the barista seemed unwilling to take our order. While taking our order the one barista was rolling her eyes and didn’t bother to greet us at the til. When we eventually ordered our drinks and food were wrong, and the attitude in the response when we asked for them to correct it was brutal. Slamming things around and making everyone uncomfortable. Shame such service by the baristas ruins the whole experience. Awful experience overall will not be returning!!!!!
