Avoid ordering grocery delivery from the Warden store. They don't deliver fresh produce and meat. Packaged goods are often stale. Milk expires in 2 days. If you apply for a refund, they will deny your refund request. Customer service will tell you the store has denied your refund and to deal with the store. Their housekeeping is a failure. Deceptive practices. Shame on you!

Update: You asked that I contact customer service. I already have before writing this review. They said to contact the store again. Stop sending out garbage to your customers!

The refer a friend promotion is fake and cheating.
After I have done all the required, actually, I did online order twice, instead of one per the request, but I didn't receive the promised reward.
The customer service is poor, provided all the details in the chat, with long waiting, but no answer, no one pick up the phone, luckily email works.
After emailing, I got a coupon. but it is not the $10 promised in the term and condition. It is another bait, I have to spend another $59+, to get this $10, and it is only only, I went to the store, but couldn't use this coupon.
When I do online order, I have to pay handling fee and shipping fee. There is an option for Free, if I order $59+, but if I choice that option, I can't use the coupon.
So the whole thing is cheating and fake...

Review for T&T Supermarket Warden Store

Tipping isn't required for grocery delivery in Canada. Your Warden Store employs unethical drivers who expect big tips. The drivers communicate among themselves and the store about who tips and who doesn't.

Your Chinese female driver in Black SUV is the worst and would phone a customer over 10 times when they don't tip, hang up each time, and then text the customer to let them know they've arrived. She enjoys harassing and frightening customers, and she always asks for more tips before handing over the groceries. A White male goes on deliveries with her and would assist her in getting a sizable financial tip, or they would invent fake information about the customer.

The female driver reports that no one was at home when the groceries do not show up. She would either keep part of the groceries or claim that they were delivered or returning them to the store. She does this to none tippers.

HORRIBLE WORKPLACE
Working here is just like working in mainland China. There’s no good work environment, poor HR management, and terrible office hierarchy where people just fight each other instead of actually contributing. They pay minimum wage and the manager doesn’t allow staff to leave on time! 🤬

I had a chance to be interviewed at T&T for an office job. I was happy to be there thinking that I could be part of a great grocery chain I am also a customer of. Much to my surprise, not everyone is customer service oriented. One of my interviewers was condenscending, resentful and illogical. He was unhappy when I mentioned that I might need some training to be fully capable. He told me: if I know everything, why would I hire you. The company is hiring people to make profit, not here to provide training." I wonder if his superior told him the same thing when he was hired. Besides, it's a shame his superior hired him to solve problems and his solution was to spend more money and hire someone else to solve problems... according to his logic, why would T&T hire him to begin with? He also sound jealous because I held positions he never held in his entire career. So he questioned me in a jealously way on why I would leave a manager position. Not all manager positions are created equal, it's just a title. Why so stuck with other people's job titles? He also hinted me that when he was unemployed, he went for low paid labour jobs in harsh environment. Seriously, everyone has different skills and ways of working, not everyone needs to take on lowest paid job to get back on their feet. When I told him that I know T&T is one of the biggest grocery retail chains in Canada and I shop there often, he was unhappy again and told me next time when I apply for a job, I need to do more research of the company. I asked him what he knew about T&T, he told me T&T is the largest Asian grocery chain in Canada and it was bought by Loblaws. Hmm, okay...as someone working in T&T holding a supervisor position, I think he knows very little about the company too. Moreover, when I look for jobs, I look for job content and hope for great company culture. Apparently,T&T lacks of the culture of inclusion and diversity. Lastly, outside of the interviewing room, I'm T&T's customer. With this kind of experience, I'm never shopping at T&T again. My family and friends won't either because they knew how I was treated at your office location. Since T&T is the largest Asian grocery chain, it won't matter losing a few dozen customers anyways, right? I'm glad there are many asian and native grocery chains in Canada, quitting T&T is not painful at all.

I am the long time customer for T&T supermarket at Warden. My membership card # is 4103 1492 0107. I rarely gave such horrible review to T&T at warden. However, Recently, When I was shopping at night, I had encountered very unpleasant harassment and insult when I was in the line and picking up the shopping basket on September 10 2022 at Saturday night at 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Then, on October 8, 2022 at Saturday night at 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm, I also encountered very rude harassment in this T&T at warden as well. This manager at the nights of two Saturdays, the same one who wore the silver color sport clothing covered his T&T employee uniform, he was very horrible to me, & he was very rude and very rude to treat me -Not only to show his very terrible attitude to me, his horrible indifference when I got the horrible insult and harassment by, -But also he was very rudely and very rudely not allowed me to buy any products in T&T at Warden at night time. You can check my T&T membership card and I am a long time customer. I always gave the appreciation to T&T supermarket and kept coming purchase the groceries here. Before times, I had never have such horrible customer service even once ! This manager who wore the silver sport clothing covered his T&T uniform, the same one to hurt me at two nights of these Saturday, he was really so horrible and his and his tolerated harassment and insult bad behaviours, indifference and horrible and rude, I can't not stand !!!!!

After done my shopping someone from staff was followed me and my wife and took photo of my plate, when I asked him why, he play stupid, went talked to manger, refused help, I asked the police and investigation on the way. I felt so horrible and never going again. Staff unfriendly and customer service so bad.
