I can honestly say over the time I've been coming here your always friendly. Never a long wait. Some of your priced are a little higher then others buy it doesn't matter. The convenience atmosphere and attitude of the staff make it worth the couple extra

The friendly staff of miss jones, are such an awesome bunch. Today's purchase was funded by cash and remainder on debit card. Only there was a problem with the credit machine. I believe the manager, thank you so much, had given me a great discount on my purchase, and took what cash I had. Always love coming into the store in gravenhurst with the fragrance that I just love. Sage. Such welcoming staff members and always knowledgeable, they know their customers. Thankx you so much ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the good work.

Love the atmosphere, marketing but most of all I love the staff. So friendly, knowledgeable, kind and MY DOG IS ALLOWED IN SIDE!!! They even had a little treat for him an adorable chairs outside for us to take a rest. I 100% recommend this store and its staff

They are very nice there and dog friendly too. Quick polite service. Prices are comparable and quality is really good!
I’m updating this review.
Why doesn’t miss Jones give a senior discount except one day a week.
The other place nearby gives a senior discount every single day. Losing two stars.

Great store one the best I have been in with informed and helpful staff. Great selection positive vibes this will be the store I buy from in Muskoka. I’ve been to Parry Sound, Bracebridge, The Reserve and Giggles off the 400. This one rocks it’s best best by far. Check it out.

When you go in a buy a preroll on Jan 15 2024 and realize after purchase that the package date is Oct 2022 you know you have a problem. Staff was nice but no way should you be selling any stock that is over a year old I'm sorry unless it's discounted heavily. Check your packaging dates. This seems to be a regular thing the further north you go.
