Don’t go this location Horrible services. I have appointment and waiting 30min there,
They do the diagnosis and tell me the battery have problems apple care can cover, but. They let me drop the phone there or wait for 2-4 hours come back to pick up the phone,because there needs diagnosis again, and I ask why you don’t replace the battery together, he told me because they don’t have batteries, need to order it, and let me drop the phone there for 3-5 business days. I asked them you the apple retailer, you should order the parts and help the customer do the service in one day, they say no, maybe you go to the other location who can help you, OMG. Apple should give them a customer service course, don’t go this location, they don’t help you, bad service in this location, don’t talk to the Indian technicist in the back office, he helped me today, make me a Horrible day. Take care, if you go to this location.

After the owner reply me, I just want to say, they did not help me fixed the problem, I call Apple support, and Apple support sent to to the Apple Store in York deal, and they helped me resolve this problem in York deal Apple Store. I am highly recommend all the people go to Apple Store

Amazing, great customer service. Munish kindly explained to us the problem and walked us through the process. When he fixed it, he charged us no price for our problem when it originally needed money. Will be coming back to this store if I get another problem. Great work

We had some issues with our new phone. Puran was able to fix it within 5 minutes. He was professional, courteous and really helpful. He also helped set up my new apple watch too. Usman was also helpful. This is true customer experience store. Highly recommend this store.

Horrible services. Firstly when i entered there was only one person working on the floor who was helping another customer. I patiently waited beside for my turn. At the same time someone else came in and instead of helping me they offered to help the other guy first? Whats the point of taking an appointment and going in? Not sure if that person was being a sexist. Then finally after waiting some more another person offered to help and when i told my issue instead of checking it out simply stated i need to buy a new one. Atleast do the diagnosis and tell me the proper issue. Horrible horrible service. Not recommended
